That's where I've tried. Anyone who's been interested has turned out to be a no show. No one thinks about composting this time of year. I imagine when spring comes I'll get more interest.

haha I know, in five years I have never taken a real picture of my tattoos....I have three more, but those are in spots that don't get photographed often.... That one is just super special to me, it's a prayer.
I really like alot of the tattoos in here, I'm gonna make it a game to see if I can recognize anyone at roo based on their tattoos alone.....it'll keep me entertained in those long lines
I aleready posted my new one on another thread but here it is again:
The image is from the back cover of the UK London Calling single. I've been getting smited ever since posting it so I don't know what's going on...
I also have the prajnaparamita mantra in a lotus blossom but no pics handy right now as I'm in Germany on a business trip.
Popsicle Sara - your heart is awesome!
Also, on the glow in the dark ink - my artist told me that it is a confirmed carcinogen. Some artists claimed that it's FDA approved, but that's only for marking fish in commercial hatcheries, not for human use. Not sure how straight that is but he refuses to use it.
6 hours, but I went over 3 months. The first session was all the black linework. Then the next session was the black shading and about half the color. The last session finished all of the color. I've had it for nearly 4 years now and the color is the same as when it was done.
rad octopus...i love it...good work...im planning on doing something slightly similar on my other arm...im going to sleeve my right arm up with a giant kraken (squid) attacking a spanish galleon but gotta get my finances right since my left arm was $2300...hoping to start by the end of this year...
my first tattoo was a lip tattoo (i couldnt really have anything visable as i was living with my parents who dislike them). it says A-$tew, the nickname of my childhood boyfriend who died new years eve of 05. the second says "Boyer" my middle name passed on though 7 generations.
this skull is one of my next tattoos (inspired by dali):
I really want to get a Celtic tree of life on my ankle but my dad has talked me out of it twice. I spent three months in the UK and Ireland in 07 and my last name is Killian. I'm like 3/5ths Northern Irish(not Irish, it's different) and I wanted to pay homage to that. I'm a big believer in folk memory and I really celebrate my cultural identity so I thought that would be huge but damn my dad and his logic always convincing me to chicken out. I also thought about getting an outline of the state of Alabama with a banner over the front of it that says "HOME" over my heart since my career path is most likely, and very sadly, going to take me far from this amazing place.
im hoping to have this backpiece completely done by roo time...the aqua-colored flame with the red eye in between my shoulder blades was my first tattoo many years ago...the rest i started and have slowly worked on for about a year and a half this is my chest piece...really nothing symbolic about it...i just told the dude what i wanted, he drew it up, and presto its on my skin...this one came about six months after my first...the rest are tribals that i did while apprenticing in a shop...one is covered up and the other is as horrible as it was on the first day
