Two handed traditional QWERTY. I was the fastest, most accurate typist in my high school freshman typing class . This did wonders for the "nerdy virgin" mystique that surrounded me in those years....
Never knew anyone with a Dvorak. From what I hear, the benefits are exaggerated anyway.
Hunt & peckers drive me nuts. God gave you 10 fingers... USE 'EM!!!!!

trust me, i tried, just never really got the knack for it. I do have really double jointed fingers and sometimes wen i use my pinky's they will bend weird so it was just never comfortable.

I'm a insanely fast typer.. we would have computer class when I was in 6th grade, and I would be disturbing everyone because I tapped on the keyboard hard and quick (it's okay, you can laugh ) and I'm still like that today!

I use the traditional method, and I type really fast. I think I probably do some stuff "wrong" in terms of the home row method, but it works for me. I got to be a really fast typer after being a gamer for a couple of years. /nerd
Those frogpads are great. I've never used one, but my school has them available for people with disabilities. They make life easier for some.
I use the traditional method as well. Although I've thought about the DVORAK configuration as well. However, I would think that would be impractical because if you switched to a different computer (ie: at work or school) then you would have to switch back to the traditional method.

Traditional, I took 2 years of typing in highschool, along with a friend. It was in a sort of double classroom with IBM Selectrics on one side and old mechanicals on the other. We were supposed to spend 1/2 the year on each. The old mechanical typewriters were in pretty bad shape (and pretty much obsolete even then) and the 2 of us managed to convince the teacher to let us stay on the Selectrics the whole 2 years. It really doesn't take two years to learn to type. After we got good enough to be bored with it, we discovered a cabinet in the back of the room full of old typing excersizes that we were able to turn in and get credit for. This gave us the extra time we needed to sit in the back of the room, drink vodka and sprite out of sprite cans and plan weekend parties.

Dvorak's original claim to fame was that it would improve speed and was more ergonomic. However, studies have since shown that there is no speed difference between proficient typists of either keyboard, and no significant reduction of repetitive stress injuries. I think I read that on Slashdot somewhere....

IBM Selectrics... damn fine machine. Revolutionized the industry!
My first job was in a typewriter repair shop and stationary store (back before Staples existed). These things could literally take a bullet and keep on going. Brothers, Swintec, Olivetti...all crap!
Typing class was the only mandatory class to graduate in my highschool. it was the best class I've ever taken. no one in my family can touch type... actually i only know a few people who can, which is sad really.
i type traditionally, i guess. i can type pretty quickly...but i still have to look at the keyboard every now and then. i pretty much learned how to type fast by spending so much time on the internet. i never really had a class to learn or anything....
I am a traditional typer....lately my right pinky starts to float up all on its own...it think its feels like its too good to bow down to the keyboard!
As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!
