i'd rather have it decriminalized anyway. leave everything else the way it is, just stop filling the prisons with people just want to get high after work.

^^^it is lame - what is worse - in some counties - they just give you a ticket but in others - they haul you in - just depends on wehre you are and what kinda mood the officer is in - this is the South after all and they still make the rules up as they go along

hell, here in delaware we just opened liquor stores back up on Sundays like 5 years ago, so i dont see this happening anytime soon
