...but I'm going to see My Chemical Romance next week. I've been promising to take my kids (15, 16) to a show when one comes up that they both want to do and this is it.
Weird thing is, I'm kinda looking forward to it, of all the pop-punk bands in that genre MCR does have a touch of something a little different, though I'm going to feel even older than I do at Roo.

its not really a concert but I was completely and totally bummed when I didnt get So You Think You Can Dance tickets last year. This year I take the day off work if I have to.

I am going to see Journey (with the new lead singer they found on youtube) with Heart and Cheap Trick. I saw Heart back when I was a teenager in the early 90's and they were great. Oh, and I saw Kid Rock last month but that is a WHOLE other thread!

Yeahon one of the original leaked lineups Dragonforce was up there and I nearly pissed my pants with glee...then I had to calm down and tell myself it wasn't real.....

I was going to type almost exactly the same thing. It's my time.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
