Proud to say my first concert was the Grateful Dead. I was about 17. Perhaps that counteracts the fact that my first album was the Partridge Family ("Family Album")! Ouch. Don't tell anyone, but I'd love to see Elton John in concert sometime - I cry everytime I hear "Circle of Life"!

I saw Elton John last May. It was AMAZING. He put on a great performance and of course played (almost) all of the fan favorites. He had an AMAZING light show too. My only complaint is that now that he's older, he can't hit all the notes he used to. NO shame in wanting to see Elton John!
I can proudly say that my first concert was ABB when I was 4! After that...not so cool...Amy Grant, Hootie and the Blowfish, and Everclear. Haha. If only I had known when I was 12 that they were named after a liquor! haha!

I've seen Elton too. His show was great. Just him and a piano for like 2 and half hours. I'd definitely see him again. But bamadancer is dead on about the high notes. Rocket Man just wasnt the same.
The Spin Doctors / Soul Asylum / The Screaming Trees
With my mom, in a skybox! Still, a defining night.
I saw that tour! Although it was an outdoor concert at Merriweather Pavilion in MD and not my first concert. It was, however, the second time that I saw Spin Doctors. I LOVED them

Back in the day I saw Jackyl with ZZ Top. Jackyl's show was amazing. I mean the guy cut up an effin chair on stage with a chainsaw. It really kinda put the bearded guys spinning guitars in their place.
