I didn't know that congestion was actually due to swollen blood vessels... but that explains why whenever I blow my nose half the time nothing comes out
And I know sleep doesn't "cure" congestion so much... but some solid rest always does the body good and atleast helps.
almostcertain, hopefully I don't have anything close to what your friend has... I never go to the doctor either, stubborn as a mule when it comes to that. I once waited 2 weeks to go to the doctor because I convinced myself I just had a cold, but in reality it was strep throat
So, on that note I think I'll just pack an emergency box of sudafed for the road and hope that a 16 hour car ride will help cure my illness. I don't really have time to see anyone before I leave, as I do so in roughly 3 hours.

Yeah, Vampire Weekend and Robert Randolph pulled out - And Balkan Beat Box won't be able to make it either due to customs. I really hope the Langerado staff can swing something amazing at the last minute to make it up to us

I mean Balkan Beat Box cant help it if they dont get allowed into the country but I was looking forward to them.

Did most of my packing last night, so I am ready to go. This next day and a half at work is going to be brutal.
I realized as I was packing last night that I am a festival t-shirt whore. I need to cut back on my adiction to buying festival shirts at every festival that I go to. Its just that you can usually find at least one festival shirt that you really like and boom there goes 25 bucks.
And on the Vampire Weekend/Randolph/Beat Box note, someone said it on the inforado board, but Justice would be a great addition. They are in Orlando on Thursday and then their next show is not until Sunday in Baltimore. So they could play on Friday - although a daytime show would not be the same. And Diplo is touring with them and you could throw him in somewhere as well. I think that this would sell more tickets as it would appeal to all the bassheads out of SoFla. But maybe they have some sort of exclusive contract with Ultra which they are playing at the end of March. I sent an email to Langerado asking if there are any plans for a replacement to Vampire and BBB, but I have not heard back. I will keep you guys posted.

Wasn't saying Net10 is better that Verizon, was saying it you don't have Verizon and aren't sure you'll have coverage... haven't seen the VM phones here, net10 also has text messaging
Does anyone know if you get the small thing of Gold Bond, will they allow that through the carry-on luggage on a plane? I am trying to get away without having to use checked baggage.

Yeah, I have done that too, but some of those shirts have flaked out on me due to a bad iron on. I figure that I am going to try to keep these shirts as long as I can, so a couple more dollars for a good quality one is not a bad investment. I still have my lollapalooza shirt from 91. Although that one is starting to get in bad condition and its black so you can't wear it during the day in 80 degree temperatures.
Also, heads up, they moved The New Mastersounds into Vampire's slot. I guess they get double duty, playing both Friday and Saturday, which is not a bad thing because they are pretty funky. Although, I would have preferred they do that with the Bad Plus.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!

I'm not camping for the fest. I am staying with my buddy who lives about 1 hour away, so I don't have to bring down all the camping supplies and stuff. Plus I should be able to use his washer/dryer so I am planning on a little clothes recycling during the weekend. So if you see me wearing the same shirt multiple days, that does not mean that I have not changed. Although it does not guarantee that I won't smell either ;D

you referring to poi? if so, yeah i can do a behind-the-back reverse 3 beat weave. can't do any 5 beats or forward weaves behind the back though...i can almost go from a BTB 3 beat reverse to a BTB 3 beat forward by doing a dual bicep wrap but haven't quite nailed it yet.
