ok, well change your artwork enough and it is done. i am sure everyone could changer something about it, also, you aren't supposed to sell anything that has "Bonnaroo" on it either without a vendor license agreement, but i saw planty last year.

But duely noted and will adhere
I only say it so we won't get censored or smotted (smitted? smitten? )
No doubt there are tons of contraband paraphenalia floating about at the festival. All the Dead shows I went to were a great example of the illicit entrepreneurial American spirit.
One thing that most of that merchandise lacked however was quality. Blurred images or just plain crappy designs.

I completely understand. Anyway, may as well post these. I think some images aren't showing too clearly so, I may throw another image up later if needed. All the shirt designs have been laid out on to a shirt and teh larger design is behind/above the graphic, so you may see some of the same design color behind the shirt.
Peace, Love, Bonnaroo
Bonnaroo Bowling
Hippie Bonnaroo (unfinished piece)
Shield (image a little hard to see it has some 'scratches' in it to look vintage)
Concert Hands
Butterfly to Music
These were done with Illustrator. so printing wont be too hard. anyone need a better picture? I tried to shrink nfor bandwidth and some don't look too good i think. Thoughts?
There are so many good designs that it is hard to choose... but, rsoffer, I love, love, love... the guitar. The design and colors are great and I 'specially love the 'lil peace dove on top..... so reminiscent of music festivals from earlier times. Yeah!

I guess I would just like to be involved in the decision making process if & when changes are made.
I agree totally, but...
point D of the contract to which we agree by entering:
D. Bonnaroo will have the right to (and authorize others to) publish, license, copy, modify, use, distribute or sell my submission in whole or in part for any purpose. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Bonnaroo reserves the right to use my name and address, without compensation, in any advertising or publicity, and Bonnaroo will not be liable for any failure to properly credit me in connection with the work.

Holy crap! What kind of legal disclaimer is that?!
Well I got one of my own...

:)Nice shirts & I like the way you worked them up so they actually appear as shirts. Its difficult to get an idea at times what a particular graphic would look like on a T.
I have no idea how to convert in image file into something that can be used in a screenprinting process. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silkscreen Everything I have was created in Photoshop so I guess I could convert it to any format. What about hats?
They changed their minds about wanting me to add all the names... i read earlier posts that they changed the people's designs alot... i bet thats whats gonna happen..lol oh well. i got free tix.. im happy.

OH MY GOD!!!! Yesterday I got an email telling me I was a winner of the 2007 Design Contest!!
I'm so stoked!! This is my design! hope you guys like it... they asked me to make a poster out of it and add all the names of the artists... crazy!
See you at the ROO!
I am so jealous. Four entries & nothing. Not any knock to you. Yours is a great example (IMHO) of simplicity & beauty melding into a sensuous graphic. Very nice ;D.
As I have been attempting to poll other winners about their creations, may I ask you, ellis, your background in graphic design? Your technique is quite developed.
thanks for your comments coachfortner... very sweet!
as for your question: I have my associates in design from a 2 year community college here in florida... ummmm...I have worked as a designer for diff companies for the last 2 years so I guess I would say I'm pretty experienced as a designer. hope that helps!
