A couple thoughts on Clintons speech tonight. I really thought it was strange that she kept using the slogan "Yes, we will". Kind of weak attempt to either co-opt or mock Obama's message.
Also ending the speech with a John Mellencamp song when Mellencamp is an Obama supporter was weird.
I really can't figure out if she was being pathetically sincere, as it seemed the crowd thought, or if she was being sarcastic and doing it badly. Or maybe she was being totally sacrcastic but leaving an "out" so as to deny it if it turns to bite her.
It was a okay speech all in all but almost surreal in its strangely skewed Obama-esque nature.
Edit: My bad. Mellencamp is supporting both Democrats! Still strange to hear both camps playing the exact same song.

Another thing is why is she holding her "victory" speach in Philly where she's getting trounced by 30 points? Mocking seems to fit her quite well.
I still feel like Obama's gonna get this closer than 10 points by the time the night is over. The counties that are still being counted are going his way or are really close, for the most part. I'm REALLY interested to see what the final delegate count is gonna wind up being.
So... after tonight Hillary gained a whole THREE delagates!! hooray.... problem solved!! oh wait..... this needs to end. even if she wins every other state besides NC by 60% Obama still has more delagates. its time for the supers to weigh in. i hope they do the right thing....
