ok there is a reason for this thread. my friend and i it seems like are the only people that really like both bands. but almost everyone else we have come across (with the exception of a few) really like one and hate the other. i don't know what it is. i guess because ween is really crazy and weird, while phish is really chilled out and mellow makes people prefer one band over the other. i'm not saying that everyone is like this or that this is a huge countrywide debate. but i simply want to know what the open-minded people of inforoo have to say about this.
my vote goes to Ween. ... while i do enjoy Phish and listen to them alot, i almost listen to ween religiously and have seen them several times, while i have never seen phish. come to think of it, i have only seen one member of phish... and that was Trey during oysterhead's set at bonnaroo 06

yeah i know its a strange and somewhat unfair comparison. its more of a personal poll seeing what the inforoosters think. but seriously everyone i talked to outside inforoo either loves ween and cant stand phish or loves phish and cant stand ween. i dont know what it is. must just be the people i talk to. i wonder why i got smited for it. maybe cause i bashed kanye in a different thead idk.

well i could see how one could think that from my post. i was just speaking weener talk so yall could understand me, not because m one of you although i am a ween fan. im sad i missed most of the roo 04 latenight. all good 06 was ok. not their best show. but good fun none the less. i have all their albums. but you know me. i prefer grace potter over tubgirl. i prefer nitrous over scotch guard. and i damn sure prefer phish over ween.
