The question in several places is at what point does govt intervene for public 'good'. As the bumper sticker I have so often admired says 'Dont Breed' clearly applies to a segment of human population. Sex ed...fast food ed..second hand smoke ed....yo mamma ed..there's a line....Getting it right..vellly vellly diffy-cult.
