I think I would like to see Santana late night or headline most. Then also for the late late night.......Flaming Lips, StS9, moe, Primus, and SMMW scofield&MMW. I know this is alot to ask altough Bonnaroo would be slammed with people it would be worth it. The question is are they to spread out to take it back to 70-90% jam based music.

^^^shpongle would be incredible...havent heard bassnector, but have heard nothing but good things about them...sigur ros was a little too slow for my liking...ghostland was just amazing, wont complain if they are there, but would like something else
i, personally, would like to see gorillaz...the way they do their show with just silhouettes, and the bright colors would make for some fun, imho

the possibility of repeat acts from last years midnight shows to be this years is probably unlikely with the trend of what bonnaroo has been doing in the past. So here are my guesses for this year.
Dj: Daft Punk, Justice, Girl Talk, Portishead, Massive Attack Jam: Some Version of Trey Anastasio or Les Claypool. Moe, STS9 Rock: Incubus, Black Keys, Arcade Fire, The Mars Volta, Muse Hip Hop: Outkast, Beastie Boys, Wu Tang Clan, A Tribe Called Quest, Mos Def
Other acts potentially that would be great midnights Tom Waits David Byrne Jamiroquai

Aphex Twin or The Crystal Method.
I don't know why neither of these have happened already, and I've never even seen a DJ's late-night set at Roo (except a little bit of the end of Sasha, and his set with Digweed in 07). Aphex Twin would own it, and TCM could arguably do Which Stage...althought the whumpwhump might be a bit much for the other shows.

Some Black Crowes, dredg, Porcupine Tree, David Byrne (I would die). I'd also like to bring back MMJ and/or the Flaming Lips for more epic late night sets since I was unable to enjoy both of theirs to the fullest.

Explosions in the Sky taking the late night Friday Which slot would be awesome. or Daft Punk in Kanye's slot, I wouldnt give a shit if they were late. That1guy is due for a Bonnaroo opening next year. Muse is too big in my opinion for a tent, but maybe taking over Sigur Ros's slot would be okay. Hip hop KRS Jay-Z Outkast. Gorillaz would be awesome as would Arcade Fire late night on the which.
MMJ without a doubt. Someother cools bands would be a Levon Helm Midnight Ramble on the road that would be cool. I think Dr. Dog would be cool too. I also think Calexico would be cool.

I don't want another MMJ latenight marathon...I think they should play headliner Thursday or pre-headliner Friday, Saturday or Sunday. As for late night acts that would kick ass:
The Mars Volta, Cut Copy, Of Montreal, The Arcade Fire (although they're probably more of a pre-headliner), Daft Punk, LCD Soundsystem, Mogwai, The Flaming Lips, Incubus, The Killers, The Knife, Ratatat
I feel like I've made a list like this before, but not one on this thread. Late night - Daft Punk would be the ultimate, but I don't know if that will be happening anytime soon. I'd love to see Cut Copy, Porcupine Tree, The Presets, LCD Soundsystem, My Morning Jacket, Air, Gorillaz. Public Enemy late night Which Stage. Umm.... Immortal Technique, The Stooges... way too many to list.
I like the idea of an MMJ Thursday headliner, but I also like the idea of having a Thursday headliner, one that's maybe not as big a draw as the Friday, Saturday and Sunday headliners - like one of the acts that would normally be in the second or third line on the line-up.
