^I think Outkast could headline. But I'd love a late night.
no doubt they could be a headliner, however i think late night would be the best spot for them. give them the slot that MMJ had this year and let them just go off for a 4 hour party

Friday - Which - MUSE or Modest Mouse Friday - This - E'OTO -> Lotus -> STS9 Friday - That - Amanda Blank -> Benny Blanco -> Spank Rock -> Dizzee Rascall Friday - Other - The Ting Tings -> Cut Copy -> LCD Soundsystem and/or James Murphy DJ Set till dawn.
Saturday - Which - Bob Weir & Ratdog w/ special guests Saturday - This -The Twelves -> Simian Mobile Disco -> Justice (live set + DJ set till sunrise) or we can bring back Sasha! Saturday - That - G. I really think this list of possible late night acts is fairly reasonable and covers a lot of genres.

SATURDAY What (Kanye slot) - Daft Punk (not to be the hundredth person to say that or anything) Which - Trey or Bob Weir or some jammy person This - Disco Biscuits -> Umphrey's McGee -> Disco Biscuits -> Umphrey's McGee (rinse and repeat until the sun rises) That - A hip-hop SuperJam or something Other - Abe Vigoda -> Mika Miko -> HEALTH -> No Age
the possibility of repeat acts from last years midnight shows to be this years is probably unlikely with the trend of what bonnaroo has been doing in the past. So here are my guesses for this year.
Dj: Daft Punk, Justice, Girl Talk, Portishead, Massive Attack Jam: Some Version of Trey Anastasio or Les Claypool. Moe, STS9 Rock: Incubus, Black Keys, Arcade Fire, The Mars Volta, Muse Hip Hop: Outkast, Beastie Boys, Wu Tang Clan, A Tribe Called Quest, Mos Def
Other acts potentially that would be great midnights Tom Waits David Byrne Jamiroquai

My top late night want is TV on the Radio at this point... Their new album, Dear Science, is funky as hell and they already put on a good live show without this new material... With it, their set would be a late night dance party of epic proportions

I'd love to see TVOTR do a late night set. I think they've got enough material to stretch it out too.
Volta is definitely due a make up appearance next year as they ditched Roo for Japan this year.

MIA would be awesome, although I know her touring status is pretty up in the air at this point.
A return by the Dresden Dolls would be awesome.
I'd love another shot at Ghostland because I cut out to go to Kanye but that seems unlikely.
If there wasn't too much of a "once bitten, twice shy" attitude from Superfly, I'd love a late night What Stage performance from GNR but I think that they'd be rightfully nervous of an Axl no-show/tantrum. That would be the only place they'd belong at Roo, though.
