Well, I finally got the DVD and watched it.
I will say some positive things, since I've been negative most of the way through this thread:
- The audio quality is fantastic, one of the best concert DVDs I've heard.
- The picture in picture stuff they did with some of the shows was really cool, I wish there had been more of it.
That's about all I have to say on the good end. Otherwise:
- I wish there was more backstage footage/festival atmosphere stuff. This was a pretty straightforward concert DVD, with only a minute or two between songs.
- I was disappointed by the track listing when the DVD came out, and after watching it, I am even more so. There were very few songs that I actually enjoyed.
- The packaging was clearly done by a 17 year old boy who knows the basics of how to use Photoshop.
Overall, I would say this is probably the worst of the 4 Bonnaroo DVDs. Aside from having great audio, the DVD is lackluster at best.
Any other infoorooers on the DVD besides myself? And I don't mean your hand up, I mean legitimately on the dvd where I can see your face and not a blur of some kind...Just checking so I can see some of the group on the dvd.
I am on The Lee Boys set, wearing viking horns, literally cannot miss me.
Tell me where you are and I will watch to see ya.
Someone told me I'm clearly visible in Chali 2na's track. But I haven't seen it, so I'm still kind of curious. I'm tall - taller than the people around me. About 5 rows of people back. Might have been wearing a baseball cap. I dunno, lemme know if you saw me.
finally got my dvd. found out the reason it took awhile is because they sent it to my old home address in charleston where my parents live... rather than sending it to my changed address here in columbia. i got it with a valentine's day care package my mom sent me. moms make the best valentines.

didnt get cookies. but got three bags of dove chocolate. a box of that candy with art designs on the top, two bags of homestyle pretzels, and a box of cheezits. what can i say... the woman knows me. after watching the dvd, i can say it was my least favorite part of the package.
i didnt get a reply back from customer service so i gave them a call today. Apparently my dvd got lost in the mail and they are sending another... thanks for telling me.
I just want to watch my bonnaroo dvd with my festival friends. is that too much to ask?
