I'm not sure that Neil Young *has* to be a headliner. He's huge, no doubt, but he'd fit nicely into the Plant/Kraus set from last year.
I'm pretty sure he would be a headliner.
Last year there were arguably 4 headliners: Metallica, Pearl Jam, Widespread and Kanye. I say that b/c he was on the top line of the bill. This year it would be Phish, Springsteen, (the Dead?), Neil Young.
I also found "Radio Dadio." I took this from the website... "Radio Dadio is primarily a DJ Collective. I still think it is Neil Young... but damn I love working on the clues!
But Rock Wrechter does use a slightly different format where last on stage each night is usually a big dj. So Moby played after Neil Young. Neil Young is rumored to headline Glastonbury. I don't know maybe it just points to Phish only headlining one night and doing a latenight the other day.
Hmmm than i could be wrong. I just can't imagine Neil Young being anywhere on a line up except for the very top.
Hell, Jack Johnson was considered a headliner last year. I'm not sure ''headliner' really means anything anymore.
I think that was more due to Kanye being a douchebag and demanding an uncontested late-night on the main stage than anything else. Then Jack Johnson just lucked out because of it.
Basically, when they play the "you're listening to radio Bonnaroo" a clue would play. Makes that gap between songs pretty nerve racking for me the rest of the year.

Yeah but I remember times where a different clue would play on the half hour everytime all day. Just saying. You can't take anything for granted I remember we got one clue super late at night and djjd was playing requests.
How were the clues usually presented on Bonnaroo Radio last year? Just in between songs djjd would say a clue and then a song would play?
It would start out as "here's another clue for you all". many of the clues were actually in a womens voice, especially the first ones. i can still hear that voice perfectly in my head... LOL
