ac/dc was formed by malcom and angus young. the clue says who is ac/dc and isn't in europe. so maybe it could be someone with the last name young. like neil young. and he has a new album and he hasn't toured in europe so far.

with the rusted radio connection.. its hard to say that this is wrong? but who knows? i'm not sure if this has been noticed by anyone else. but on the bonnaroo 365 page the other day it said " artist announcements and ticket sales early February" its not there anymore, but i guess this confirms the Feb 3. release date!
Is it something that in the speculation thread he posted it this way:
"some of you are BARKING up the right tree. dusting off my radio, not my broom"
But in the Bonnaroo Clues Thread it is said this way:
"some of you are BARKING up the wrong tree. woof woof time to rust of my dadio"
notice wrong/right and rust/dust radio/dadio
www.dustmybroom.com is a Canadian radio station/blog haven't found a connection to roo but I figure it's worth a shot...anyone else got any notion as to why he would throw in that he is not dusting off his broom?
*edit* When I looked up music the first thing that came up was a blues band called Root Doctor .....odd coincidence, but I think that is all it is....it's just too vague.
BUT do you think he's just trying to throw us off? DJJD is smart and was pretty impressed with how quickly people were figuring out these clues last year, and knowing we'll have the same devotion this year leaves me to believe that we shouldn't trust ones that seem this concrete....he even said himself some of the clues last year were "red herrings"....so let's not put it past him this year

The only artist that I thought it might be if it were a clue was rjd2... someone had mentioned it maybe b/c of the mix match back and forth but I know I'm just throming stuff out there

No, I think you're right. I think these new clues are meant for us to expand on the 'who is AC/DC is not in Europe' clue. Not a new clue entirely, just more to help solve that original clue.
