If anyone sees a good backpacking tent for cheap please post it here. Mine died this year at Roo after 4 years and 6 music festivals. I prefer something for 1-2 people and under 10 lbs. Weight is the most important factor since I fly in

Have you considered a Quechua 2-second tent? I have a 2 person one, it weighs next to nothing, and is completely water-proof. (I've seriously hunkered down through what felt like a monsoon in mine, not a drop of water inside.) I've had mine through 7 festivals now, as well as countless camping and rafting trips. It's not everyone's cup of tea (can be a bit snug), but not having to set anything up is awesome. There are a bunch of them listed at the bottom of this page...
I was at Target recently and they were having a clearance on camp gear. I was broke, so hopefully when I go back they'll still have those 12 dollar twin-size air mattresses!

This is the best time of year to find clearance camping stuff at Target. I got my Coleman sleeping bag for $11 at Target in January 2009. I also got my 5 person tent for $40 in February at Target.

Hope you like 'em! If you already knew about them and don't care for them, sorry for wasting your time!
Thanks. They definitely look like what I'm looking for but I'm not sure I want to pay over 100. My last tent was 30 and worked fine for almost 4 years.
If you spend $100, shipping is free with code 12FREE. Although I believe you will get charged for heavy items like the shade tent.
I'm confused at how the shower pump works?? Where exactly does the water come from, do you connect it to a camping shower?
Someone explain this to me, lol.
On this model, you basically have three pieces. The black rectangular box with the red button is the power supply. It holds 4 d-cell batteries and supplies power to the actual pump. The pump is the black bell-shaped piece, which pumps the water out of the third piece, the red shower head. So, it works by turning on the power supply, submerging the pump into your water supply (which in the case of Roo, would probably be a big bucket or icechest full of water), and spraying out the shower head.
Ollie's Bargain outlet is awesome for snacks, I just recommend going like a few weeks before you leave for the farm because a lot of their stuff is near expiring.
Also they sometimes have bottled water the few years we went in, and you can save a lot here compared to other places.

I just pulled the trigger on this:
$39.44 shipped. Specifically designed for women. Holds a TON of stuff. There's a great video review. I shopped around quite a bit and for the storage space and price (and camelbak brand specifically) it was the best deal. This same pack is on zappos for $65.
Does it really carry lots of stuff? I keep looking at camelbacks but I havent pulled the trigger cause they all look like just enough room for the water container and a schedule lol. I need something that will hold some shit.

Check out the video review for this pack on that amazon link I just posted. There's a unisex equivalent to this pack. I'll look it up in a bit.

Yep, lots of room. I had two rolled up towels in mine, plus bags of TP, snacks, camera, sunscreen.. etc.
