What about this? Has anyone ever used one of these? I was thinking of buying it and using it as a bed under one of our EZ UPs, I really hated waking up before 7 in a hot ass tent. haha
I bought one of those last year based on a recommendation from here and it works great. It's a bit heavy to carry very far, but it is solid and comfortable.
how tall are you? im interested but worried it might be too short for anybody 6ft or over

Does the hammock fit in a tent? If so, what size?

if anyone is looking for a cell phone battery charger, I found one for 11.95 with free shipping. this may be a price mistake because the next cheapest price I found was $25. small chance it may not ship and you would get your money back but it is def worth a shot.
Probably not a mistake. Amazon always has a few excellent deals. I think they use them as a loss leader to get people to the site. Absolutely love Amazon. Save a lot of money having a prime membership with free 2 day shipping and finding cheap stuff like this.
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.

For anyone in Northern VA/DC Metro area, these fans are on sale at D-i-c-k's (did you know that if you try to post that word it is automatically changed to 'weenie'??) Sporting Goods in Fairfax for $14.97. I picked up two today. You can also use the battery pack to charge cell phones or anything else w/ a 12V cord. Here are the details listed on Gander Mountain's site.
That thing is a piece of crap. I bought it for a festival a couple of years ago and it wouldnt stay plugged in. It didnt work unless you held the plug in the base. I exchanged it thinking it was just that one and the second one did it too. It is just poorly designed.

Amazon Prime is both a blessing and a curse. It's waaaay to easy to go on a fun little shopping spree, especially on, say, Black Friday when everything is like five bucks and you've been drinking all day and there's Christmas shopping to do.

I tested them out yesterday and was having the same problem. After working w/ the base of the battery pack, I realized I didn't have it secured all the way. Once I got the base tightened they both worked great! Time (and a weekend at Bonnaroo) will tell though...

Found one of these on eBay for $35. Great for relaxing and/or sleeping.
Intex 2-Person Sofa Lounge
The Intex 2-Person Sofa Lounge was engineered for serious relaxing. Features a 2-in-1 valve with extra-wide openings for fast inflating and deflating. Folds compactly for easy transport and storage. The cupholders on each side allow for your cold beverage to easily join you on the couch.
This was posted in here somewhere, but I can't find it right now. Really like the fact that you can just add batteries. Will be great for phone/ipod charging.

Thoughts? The price is right.
I've used solar chargers at Bonnaroo and they've never really worked out. I'm going to grab this same thing today and hope it works out. Seems like a good deal for many charges at a time. The reviews are kinda hit and miss though.

We have one and it worked great. Small enough you can throw it in your backpack and charge in centeroo

I'm 6 feet tall and there were a few inches to spare. My friend is 6' 2" and took a few naps on it as well. If you're 6' 5" or more then it would probably be a bit short.

I saw it posted before too, and added it to my 'Roo wishlist on Amazon. I am strongly considering buying it to charge my iphone.

How many cell charges could you get out of it?
I remember reading 20 full iPhone charges. Not sure if that was with the rechargeable batteries or the 4 D's but the other wasn't much less maybe 18 charges?
I am taking a coleman lantern, coleman tent fan/light, and one of these with 2 rechargeable batteries and 8 D's. Hopefully I can make it through the 5 days with them.

We didn't keep track but it was used all weekend by between 6 and 8 people at camp plus a few in centeroo. I don't remember changing the batteries in the charger.
don't know if it has been mentioned on an earlier page but www.campsaver.com has some good deals, plus an outlet section where you can get 20% off using the code OUTLET-20 through 4/10. also, free shipping on orders over $50. and I got an additional student discount, so that was exciting!
last night I ordered Sanuks (June Bug) and a Byer of Maine cot for $66.98

Just bought a Guide Gear portable hammock from Amazon for $39.99, which seems like a deal to me. I'm frugal by nature and wouldn't have bought it if it weren't for the gift card credit sitting idle in my account for months, but I'm glad I went for it. Check this thread for my opinion on it, and more good info throughout the thread: inforoo.com/thread/30527/2013-new-gear-additions?page=2
Target has a good deal going on this week. Buy two 4 packs of red bull for $6 each and get a $5 gift card back. Net $7 for 8 cans. Hello caffeine. I'm stocking up.
If you need a way to charge your phone over the weekend, monoprice.com has a 5000 mAh battery on sale (just got the email this morning) for $21.71 (normally $28.95). Should be good for a couple+ full charges on a smart phone.
After coupon they came out to about $23.00 each. The description says up to 3 people but based on the size and amazon reviews, any more than one adult is pushing it. I haven't unboxed one yet so I can't give a personal review.
And here's a deal for a 6-person Coleman tent. Looks to be around $60 + taxes if you use the discount code posted in the following thread:
Coleman Trailhead II Folding Cot $39.99 (the link pulls up one that is $37 + $14 shipping, but if you look on the right under "more buying choices," you will see one from Amazon for $39.99 + free shipping
Coleman 5010D700T Camp Oven $34.99 Not so much a deal I guess, but a pretty neat idea that I didn't know existed. Baking at camp - who knew?

Thanks for posting this one! Stocked up tonight and have the gift cards to go back and get more Roo goodies!
