^ I don't think there is even going to be a critical mass of people on the Farm before 7 or so Thursday night. I suppose the acts at noon will be for the early birds. They'll have to start walking from BFE at like 10:30 to make it on time.
Yeah, I wouldn't think they'd put anybody big on any stage before evening. I don't know if I've ever been in Centeroo before Thurs night, but I wouldn't mind having something to do after setting up camp.
same here. i don't think i have seen a show earlier than 8 pm on thur. and i have been there at 2-3 pm. the music starts earlier every year though. so this year we will definitely have something else to do other than sit in the heat.
I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.

Thursday afternoon is the best time to check out the other attractions in Centeroo. After you set up camp, after you catch a breather, head into Town and see what's shakin'.

agree 100%
after going for a few years and learning the ropes......there's nothing more I love than having my camp set up by 11 on thursday.....relaxing an hour or two and then heading into centeroo. walk around, eat some food, stop by the newer attractions. it's less crowded and you get to see some of the lesser known bands. What made milwaukee famous and newton faulkner surprised me last year and they were the first tent shows on thursday.
you should at least be heading into centeroo when the sun is setting......i mean that's what it's all about - seeing the music.

More or less a given i think at this point the NIN after Bruce on Sat. Not really sure where else they would fit in, no big news there. Bruce will certainly NOT be late night he will do the typical 9-12ish headline spot. I don't really see Byrne there for more than one day that day being Fri. He'll curate his stage and then do his set would seem the likely scenario to me.
I don't care what you say about me, just spell my name right---P.T. Barnum "As I was walking up the stairs I met a man who wasn't there He wasn't there again today I wish to God he'd go away."
Thursday acts are always worht chasing. Lucero played in 2006 and totally blew us away. Great band. Looking forward to seeing more great bands... yeah yeah Bonnaroo = great bands... mostly... Thre was Kanye last year... lol

just saw lucero in boston - good band, didnt like the singer all that much. okay in small doses, but too much for a whole show.
