^ Um, I'm gonna have to say there is only room for one Tiger team and it ain't Auburn.
I really shouldn't be posting that in the Alabama forum, huh? let me get outta here before I get stoned.
LMAO!! You are SOOOO lucky I absolutely ADORE you and Dallas....otherwise those would be fighting words and we'd have to duke it out lady! But I am SOOOOO happy for you guys that even SEC football rivalries can't tip the scales! Hope everything is going well, that you are feeling good and that things are going great! Let me know if I can do anything and I think we should plan a virtual Inforoo baby shower! LOL! I'll volunteer to help coordinate it! ;D
Well...Alabama beat Auburn. Sad day in Auburn that was. At least it's another year of a guaranteed spot for a SEC team in the national championship. One more thing. WAR DAMN EAGLE ANYWAY!
Um...this isn't about football or anything, but what's the best route to get there from Bama?? Last year I ended up taking some pretty dark and terrifying (at midnight, at least) back roads to avoid the interstate. Should I have just stuck to the interstate, though??
Also, I got there at about midnight-1 last year and had almost NO wait getting in. We got our stuff pitched and up JUST BEFORE the rain started. It was awesome, but I know I won't be so lucky two years in a row. What are the best times to get there so that I don't have to wait again? I saw someone say it's random, but I'm thinking there might be something to the 'middle of the night' thing.
Prob wont help any,. but from florence I took some back roads to pulaski, then got on US 64 East (which Intersects with I-65) then took TN 55 North and followed that to Manchester..
IMO the best way is take 65N to US 64 then North on TN55(past fayetteville).
1. I really liked how that rhymed. 2. I might be going. It pretty much comes down to if I can get some friends to go with me to that show. If not, I'll probably just see the in Atlanta.
I went to that DBT show and am going to the MMJ show. (which appears to be sold out, and I don't have tickets in hand. I am relying on some shady backdoor stuff for my tickets, so I hope it works out.)
Yeah, same happened with me with that Birmingham show. I guess that's what happens when the band you love gets really popular. That DBT show was great though. It was insane when they covered "Rockin' in the Free World."

I would love to see The Dead Weather but I can't afford to see them, Spoon, AND Maylene so I'll prolly just see Spoon and Maylene... after all I can see the Dead Weather at 'Roo
For my fellow Alabamians that didn't know like me DUH!(and who are on Facebook) there is a new FB Cause to petition the State Legislature to legalize medicinal marijuana in the state and they are trying to get as many people to join the cause as possible. It seems legit.....a friend of mine who is usually on the more "conservative" side of the fence actually send me the invite...but you might want to check it out yourselves and see what you think:
