WOW! I didn't have the joy of running into these guys. I will certainly look out for them this year though, kinda remind me of The west borough baptist fanatics. Maybe a little worse though, I mean fucking picketing Music and saying we will goto hell for enjoying music?

when i first passed that church on bushy branch rd. on my walk from camp to centeroo, i laughed for like several minutes. it was just the idea of a church being right in the middle of such extreme levels of debauchery.
and weren't there some christians handing out water or food in the mornings or something like that? i don't think i took any from them, but they seemed cool.

I camped right by the polite christians, when i got lost and couldnt find my tent they gave me water and prayed for me that i would find my site. karma to them
Oh, honey, I ain't going to hell because I like rock 'n roll. I'm going to hell because I'm not Christian. If I were, though, I'm sure I'd still be going because I still wouldn't be just like you.

LOL - and follow it up with a good ole Southern "Bless your little heart tho"

Definitely. And I do it so well. There are some pluses to being raised down here, one of which is being able to say "f*ck you" in a way with which they can't really take offense or argue.

We were in line for about 3 - 4 hours (got re directed from the Wal-Mart on some back ass roads to bushy branch) and yes, their were very polite church folk handing out. There WAS a message on the water, however it was more of a karma-esque teaching and not You're going to burn in hell.

we got some of that water also - and the people handing out were really really nice
