I roasted a duck with a honey lemon glaze and cooked herbed new potatoes in the rendered duck fat. Pan is cooking a chicken a green bean dish, and wild mushroom soup.

today, for my own new years eve treat before I go party with the homies: all you can eat sushi. I plan on miso soup, edamame, gyoza, salmon, white tuna, albacore, and multiple rolls until im full. followed by green tea ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. $24.95
We went to a Malaysian restaurant near Canal street. We had stir fried noodles, and a deep fried cassave stuffed with spicy seafood and chicken. We have neem eating really good in NYC!!!

Dear Garageland,
I have porkchops (pretty sure they are boneless). I wish to make them for dinner tomorrow. What recipe do you have that would pass the discerning palates of a 4 and 6 year old?

Off the top of my head I'd say some Cinnamon Apple Chops. My grandmother made it for me as a kid and I still love them. You should have everything already and if not all you need is applesauce and some of those cinnamon red hot candies.
Pork Fried rice? That has always been one of my favorites. Although it is normally better with a fatter cut than chops. We normally make it with spareribs.
