Some people on the Metro after were complaining that it was "too slow". wtf? I thought it was awesome.
They covered The Beatles, Come Together. Killer. Closed with a super long version of Uncle John's Band. I'm not a set list person, so can't really say what else was played but it was awesome. There was an extended acoutistic set in there somewhere.
Verizon Center sucks. Corn nazis everywhere. They shut the beer/drinks down at 9:30 due to the crowd being "rowdy".
There were tons of po po out on the street in Chinatown after the show, but I guess they don't know about N O 2 - there were tanks sitting out on the streets of DC. Crazy!
How were your seats Bunny? From where we were in VZ center the acoustics were pretty horrible. I enjoyed the show... but I enjoyed the Charlottesville show so much more because I was able to clearly hear everything.

wooz!
We had crappy seats. Stage left, nose bleed. We moved during the second set, 'cause they were more worried about the corn than checking tickets. The sound sucked no matter where you were, I think. Crap venue for music, imo. But still had a great time!
good set tonight. Althea was a real treat and a highlight of the night for me. also China Cat->Rider. Stranger had the best jam. called Bird Song which was wierd because I didn't even want to hear it that bad but just thought it was gonna be busted out. all in all good show. Saturday Night and Johnny B. Goode were a blast!
(Set 1) Feel Like A Stranger> Goin' Down The Road Feeling Bad Mountains of the Moon> Dupree's Diamond Blues Althea Bird Song> China Cat Sunflower> I Know You Rider
(Set 2) Dancing In The Street> Milestones> Terrapin Station> Rhythm Devils> Space> Days Between> Bird Song> One More Saturday Night

MSG rocked... I did a GD booze cruise around Manhattan before the show and then found a ticket outside... They really turned it up for MSG... Now I'll probably be at the two Jersey shows this week.. Let me know if any of you will be there!!!
Hell yeah it was. One of the best shows I have ever seen. The setlist was unbelievable, but the jams are definitely on a new level this tour. The first set China Cat > Shakedown, just wow. And I couldn't believe they encored with Brokedown Palace, amazingly beautiful.
It's up on etree and archive, go listen to it today!
