hmmm... blue cadet, you reluctance to accept steve and being the last to vote makes me grow weary of you.
I know I am reluctant but I hope you can see where I'm coming from. I admit I was weary of Steve because it looked like he was in the mafia and I withdrew my vote after he explained himself. I voted for Steve before he identified himself as Inspector and it was known Fish was in the mafia. If that means I'm guilty then I don't know what to say. Obviously I'm next to go and I can't change anyone's mind at this point. I just hope all the innocent people won't have died in vain.
I vote for Tara.
P.S. I am the last one to vote because I've been at work for the past 6 hours when most of the voting occurred.

^^ yes that is the group consensus but you question steve's position so why would you accept the fact that fishman is in the mafia unless you know he is because you're working with him.
okay so if fishmaniac is in the mafia then why aren't you voting for him? why are you voting for someone who has been cleared because she voted for roocon in the first run-off??

Like I said before, the group has gone with Steve's logic and I'm next on the chopping block. My votes, explanations, and decisions don't really matter at this point. If voting for Fish will magically save my life then I will vote for him. I just think things get dangerous and out of hand when one person dominates the discussion like Steve. I think it all played perfectly into his hand. He kept quiet, saw an opening to pounce, and made his move. By claiming he is the Inspector, he gets the protection of the nurse, if they are still alive. So he doesn't have to worry about his killing being stopped during the night. Also, the mafia can't kill Steve if he is mafia, so the mafia will kill someone else, and Steve can claim they didn't kill him because they knew he would be protected by the nurse and pretend to be the Inspector next round and off whoever he wants as the cycle continues for a couple rounds and people begin to notice. This is how I see things. This game is not as cut and dry as he makes it out to be. I am in means saying Fish is innocent because I don't know, but it just seems that Steve commands the game now without any dissension from any other players and that can be dangerous.
He accuses me of being mafia because I voted for HGH and Mike both times in the rounds. I stuck with who I thought was suspicious. I was just playing the game to the best of my abilities and guessing like the rest of you. I also assume if people start to see this continuing and I make it through the next round then I will be whacked soon.
Oh, and if I had to guess the real Inspector, I would guess Bama. I don't know if it's her writing style, but her posts always seem to have little hidden clues and I think the mafia members picked up on those last round.
The problem I have with this theory, that I'm some kind of Machiavellian mastermind, is that I'm acting completely alone in my deceits and am the only one benefiting. But if I was Mafia, who would the other two be, and what are they doing to help, and how are they benefiting from me doing all this?
It's easy to look at all the long posts I've made full of listed arguments and evidence and quotes and so on, and say that it's just too much to really believe, but that's not a complete counter-argument.
EDIT: By the way I'll be gone pretty much all day-- going to out of state to see Watchmen in IMAX-- but I'll be able to check in tonight around 8 or so. Godspeed, Townspeople!

I think I'll die tonight. Now that my innocence has been pronounced, the mafia only gain from killing me. They know that there is no more suspicion surrounding me, so I won't get voted for, at all, in the last rounds. Ugh. Atleast maybe the townspeople can pull this off!
Fishingmaniac is at the Which Stage, getting down to The Decemberists. He's worried about those mariners trapped inside the whale, but is nevertheless enjoying himself. He's enjoying himself so much that he doesn't notice the shadowy figure in the tree above him. As Fishingmaniac is shaking his money maker, a noose occasionally dangles from above. The shadowy figure in the tree makes a few casts, eventually snaring his target. The noose falls around Fishingmaniac's neck and is quickly yanked up, leaving him dangling from the tree as the crowd screams.
Day Three is over. Night Three has begun.
Mafia, PM me your victim and death story. Inspector, PM me your guess. Nurse, PM me the player you will guard tonight. Vigilante, nothing is required of you tonight.

The reason I believe you are acting alone is because you are the lone surviving mafia member trying to save himself after he was strongly suspected or the other surviving member has kept under the radar so much we would never suspect them.
So it's Saturday night and Bruce is about to take the stage, but Tara realizes that she has a good half hour to kill and that the line for the ferris wheel is very short. "I've never gone on the ferris wheel." She says to herself and decides to take a quick ride before the Headlining act. As she steps into the ferris wheel cart someone else jumps in behind her. Before she has a chance to protest the stranger plants a great big kiss on her mouth stifling her ability to speak. As the unwanted lip lock comes to an end the cart that they are in reaches the apex of the ferris wheel. At this point the stranger utters "goodnight sweetheart" and shoves her off of the ride. She bounces and crashes among the steel gears, springs and bolts before dying upon impact with the ground in a mangled and twisted pretzel of her former self.
Night Three is over. Day Four begins.
Left to play: BlueCadet Steve Handgunhips JPbrez Bek MsFeli

Let me address this theory as well. If I was the only Mafia left, who are the other two that were killed? Let's go through the list of who died so far and see.
rooconteur-- Killed by majority. I voted for him twice and never looked back. sadielady - Killed by Mafia. If I was Mafia, why would I kill one of my own? Mike - Killed by majority. I suppose this one is possible, but do notice that we didn't vote the same in Day 1, and it makes the most sense that the Mafia would at that point (like roo, fish and bluecadet did). bamadancer - Killed by Mafia. Again, no reason to kill one of my own. Jack324 - Killed by Vigilante. He voted for me in Day 2; doesn't seem likely we would be working together.
So of everyone that died up to the point in which you made that claim, there is only one possibility, and it's a long shot. Again I say, if I was Mafia, who else that is alive would be benefiting from this ploy?

1. I can't believe i haven't been whacked by the mafia yet. 2. this game is so different from the last one i observed. 3. can it really be this clear cut? my vote is for bluecadet.. but it seems like all of this is falling into place too easily.

Hey guess what! I'm dead! I'm drunk and I'm dead! Screw you people. You always kill me. Nobody likes me. I'm gonna go cry in my beer now - or should I say my Dead Guy Ale? (actually Budweiser) ;D

I'm not tired of it and I'll ref Mafia 14, for sure! I think we should cut back the amount of players though-- too many players haven't been that involved this game.
BLUECADET is my vote. If that doesn't end the game, then I'll never believe another 'Inspector' again.

Bingo, that's what I've been try to tell you guys. It all played right into Steve's hand. I know I'm pretty much toast and nothing will save me but I have 2 dying requests: 1. Whoever is the Nurse, if you are still alive, please protect HGH tonight. I think she will figure this out the fastest. 2. Whoever is the vigilante, if you are still alive, take Steve out once and for all and win this game for the townspeople.

1. Mafia members are not required to vote the same way as other mafia members and it would be strategic not to do so. So the fact that Mike didn't vote the same as you and Jack voted for you in a vote that didn't matter doesn't absolve them from being mafia members. 2. Any other remaining player could be benefitting since you are calling the shots. The townspeople have been following your calls on mafia members the past 2 rounds. If there is a remaining mafia member left besides you, you obviously would steer the townspeople away from voting against that person. I just hope you know, you have run out of mafia members so when the game continues next round, people are going to want answers.

You shot a hole in your own decoy theory. It I was lying about this, I'd be killed by the vigilante or the townspeople. There's no reason for me to lie at this point.
