You're pushing me being mafia far too hard for everyone to not be suspicious of you. Because players believe I'm innocent and vote for you it makes me mafia? Nope. I'm 100% innocent and I'll stand by that completely.
I work a night shift tonight, so I won't be around from around 1.30-10.30pm. I also work 8am-4pm tomorrow, so I won't be around much. (btw, I'm in Central time.)
We might end up with a final vote while I'm at work tonight. I am prepared to end Day One as soon as we have all the votes in.
Those of you with roles requiring you to PM me at Night: Don't hesitate to PM me if we have a result & I haven't officially closed out Day One.
Quick question for those who have played with a Nurse before:
How is the identity of the attack's target usually dealt with? I'm assuming it is not mentioned, but I'd like to hear it coming from someone more familiar with the role than I.

I think you're incredibly wrong. I'm sure I could say the same thing about you not thinking Rooconteur is suspicious. I've promised my innocence and I assure the townspeople that they won't be sorry if they keep me around.. because I'm not mafia!

But I didn't accuse him! I offered to change my vote if he changed his, and he refused-- I was completely willing to vote for someone else. I don't know how that is considered accusing.
I don't want to get in the middle of this mess but I want to offer my 2 cents. I find it very suspicious that Handgun swears her innocence in every post she makes. She either has something to offer us townspeople or she is in with the mafia and needs to stay alive for either of these reasons. rooconteur made a random vote this first round and the response by handgun was very disproportionate to the one vote she received. No one else reacted like she did to receiving a random vote. They just shrugged it off because no one really knows what is going on yet. I find that to be very suspicious. I have nothing against handgun, but in these early rounds we have to go on the slightest clues we can find and her over the top reaction to one random vote just raises a red flag to me.

I agree she should defend herself in a 2 person runoff but look at the 1st couple posts she made. The way she keeps vehemently claiming she is a townsperson is very suspicious behavior. One random vote should not set off an innocent person the way it did Handgun. That is what I based my vote off of. I just think if we have a clue to a potential mafia member in the 1st round, we have to take the opportunity to eliminate them and weaken the mafia substantially.

I am going after people who I think are mafia. HHG infering that she holds different positions in the game makes me think that she's mafia. You saying that that's not suspicious makes me think that you're working together.
There is a long line of cars backed up along I-24 waiting to enter Bonnaroo. A desperate wook walk alongside the entry line, toting a sign reading "No $$$ - will do anything 4 tix." If this weren't obvious enough, he proceeds to ask the people in every car along the line what he could do to earn his way in. Nobody in line seems willing to take on this charity case, because he just keeps working the line. The wook eventually becomes out of sight, out of mind... Meanwhile, the minutes turn into hours alongside the highway. Rooconteur can't take it any longer... nature calls. He makes a run to the wooded area alongside the road. Five minutes later, the wook reappears from the wooded area. He walks back towards the line, hops into Rooconteur's car and eventually makes his way into Bonnaroo...
Day One is over. Night One begins.
Mafia, PM me your victim and story. Inspector, PM me your guess. Nurse, PM me the name of the player you will protect tonight. Vigilante, nothing is required of you during odd-numbered rounds.

Bama, I am not accusing you of being mafia, but I think you should further explain this comment. You voted for rooconteur because you don't think handgun is suspicious. I think you need to explain why you think it is rooconteur. It appears you are allying yourself with Handgun who is believed to be mafia. This just further implicates you as a member of the mafia as well. When it comes down to it, there is more speculation against Handgun then there is rooconteur, and if you stand up for handgun without any evidence then it just weakens your credibility. I'm just looking for answers and it would help if explanations are given so we could root out the real mafia members.
I just believe handgun is innocent, and she hasn't given me any reason to think otherwise.
Is it too early to vote for bluecadet or fishingmaniac? You two seem awfully excited to go after me, even though I just voted the way several other people voted (in fact the way the majority voted...)...plus, the odds of me being mafia two games in a row is PRETTY low.
If I was aligning myself with handgun, wouldn't I be voting the same way as her as well? I don't know WHO is mafia right now, but it concerns me that you two are going after me...

And Bama, I think the reason the 4 of us are all confused is because we are the most vocal players. I think the mafia members would be playing a little bit more low key. I also agree your chances of being mafia in back to back games is probably slim but I would appreciate it if you gave more evidence than "I just believe". However, just the fact you voice your opinions strongly gives you more credibility in the early rounds than those who are keeping their mouth shut. So I commend you on that.
