sammy and sadie, I know you guys are cool so if you want to save yourselves you have to change your vote to bama.
well since you didn't read that well and I have already voted for bama, im gonna rethink this. you are being very demanding which i don't like, even from an 'inspector'.
sammy > bama > superbek
when I wrote that you were still voting for kdogg, right? I didn't mean to be demanding, sorry... I don't know what else to do... i'm only a woman you know.
it was meant to be more of a statement, not a demand. don't hate

nope, had already changed to bama. but anyways., it can't hurt to get a finger pointer out. sorry bek.
ps drunken decisions tonight. but i think i made the right ones.

I can respect your decision but obviously I do not support it.
Maybe i talk too much but it is really hard not to when I am being accused of being in the mafia all the time... but it seems that I am ridaculed for offering my speculations and accusations in honor of my defense. And it takes a good 30 minutes or more to even respond to kdogg. ???
I might have raised questions about many of you but there is one person I have always been convinced that is in the mafia. i continue to stand by that.
Suit yourselves, kill me off but unfortunately it is not gonna do you any good.
changing vote again. im gonna stick with bama. no reason other than i shouldn't have changed in my drunken haze last night. 'i can see clearly now.............'

not to intrude in the game.. but my friend was just telling me about this game.. saying she played it while up at a ski lodge with a group of people and said it was SOOO much fun.
then i notice.. u guys are playing it on here!.. i don't completely understood the game.. but i hope there is a Mafia 13.. and i want in!
i'm so confused. when does the voting close? i think i change my vote to bama. yeah i'll change to bama. cause every round someone insists she is mafia.
I'm not buying Bek as Inspector, because she's still alive despite dropping some heavy hints. We have seen plenty of Inspectors whacked for being far more subtle than she is.
The Inspector is the first person mafia try to sniff out and kill. The fact that all those hints haven't been acted on make me think the situation is not as simple as Bek being Inspector.
also, i recall, it was said that I and Bama both hadn't even logged in. Thats why it took us so long to vote. If bama hadn't even been active, she didn't have time to discuss with the rest of the mafia their victim. i dont think shes mafia. therefore, i think i vote for superbek because shes was so quick to point fingers at bama.
I don't know what Sadie thinks about this a full round later, but it's what I'm thinking now. If she's the Inspector, as she has been claiming, she'd most likely be dead now. This tells me one of two things: 1. Bek really is our Inspector, and the mafia is just plain retarded for keeping her alive so long. Am I really supposed to believe Bama is in a mafia that HASN'T used one of two opportunities to whack Bek yet? If I'm supposed to believe Bek, I would have to concede that bama is part of a retarded mafia. That doesn't sit right with me. 2. Bek is mafia, lying about Inspector claims to throw off the townsfolk... kind of like an undercover agent in reverse. It explains why she's on track to break the record for Inspector life-span.
I'm not entirely certain about Bama, either... but in voting for her instead of Bek, I think you're letting a member of the mafia off the hook.

Voting closes when everyone votes and I feel like there isn't any debate going on about vote switches. Mike still hasn't voted this round, so I won't close voting until he does. In the second round, I held off on closing voting because people were talking about possibly changing their votes with some convincing, so I allowed that to happen [or not happen, depending]

There will be a Mafia 13, of course! We want you in! :]
Unless someone else changes votes, it's not going to change the final outcome. Having him on record for a vote might come in helpful during Round 4 deliberations, though.

I'm going to close voting.
I'm at work until 10, so I'll have the death story then. [Karma to anyone who donates one] What DO we do if Mike stays AWOL? Any opinions? Id hope he'd come back around.. but I don't know.. the majority will have to rule on what we decide happens to him/his vote.
Here's my problem with simply removing an inactive player: The game requires an odd number of players each round. We started with eleven, though I think there was a game with just nine before I started playing. We can't just take out one player and have the game proceed as usual... can we?
(Note: I couldn't find him via the "Inforoo on Facebook" group like I did with Sadie & Bama, or I would've given him the heads-up on this last night when I realized it had been 2 1/2 days)
I am against simply removing Mike from play. It will throw off the number of people we have and, especially as the number of players dwindles, will lead to deadlocked votes a run-off can't decide.
I thought about drafting someone in to fill Mike's role, but the more I thought about that idea the worse it seemed. I think substituting this late in the game is going to throw it off for everyone involved.
If we want to preserve the game we've got going, I think we have to do it within the mechanisms of the game. I see two viable options here: 1. A majority of the Townspeople votes Mike out of the game to clear this logjam, and we settle the current debate in Round 4. The downside is that the mafia gets to whack someone before this debate is settled. 2. Let Mike survive and observe the current vote total. If the mafia doesn't take care of Mike tonight, we'll have to either do it in Day 4 or hope he shows up to participate again. The downside here is that the Townspeople are stuck dealing with Mike, whether he may or may not be mafia.
I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of either option.

I'm glad you decided that this was not a good idea

Just because I've decided it wasn't a good idea doesn't mean the group won't out-vote me and decide to do it...

More updating from work..
I think the solution that would work best would be to remove mike this round, letting bama off the hook. The downside is that the majority did vote bama out.. and there would be the loss of a player who could possibly be an innocent townsperson, or a mafia member, who can't plea his case. That'd be a downside to the townspeople and to the mafia depending on the case This is where the majority rules thing comes in. I don't know. I need players input. This isn't a decision I can make as ref, its a majority rules thing
Let this round play out... count the Bama vote & let the mafia have their whack to keep things even. If Mike doesn't show up by after-work time tomorrow, then we...
Hold one last vote. Give everyone two votes. If the mafia is in one of the top two players receiving votes, Townspeople win. If not, Mafia wins.
