im just curious WHO it is more than anything. i could care less if my points are 50 or -50, id just like to know WHY it is that way. theres no rhyme or reason to this madness!
i feel like someone is throwing rocks at me from behind, and every time i turn around to see who it is they hide around the corner.
A) Take offense to having a lower number than they did yesterday B) Point out publicly that someone must hate them or otherwise dislike them C) Demand reasons or examples of what they could have possibly done to piss someone off while at the same time pointing out that they have done nothing wrong D) all of the above.
I forgot they even existed until I saw this thread. I guess they changed the names during my hiatus.
Meg, when did you get modded to 420? I missed a lot when I was off pouting thinking I wasn't going.
I'd like to be at 88 and stay there. 88 is my lucky number.
Jen - I've been modded 3 times lately -
4/25 - to 420 5/12 - to 0 (thanks Chris ) 5/12 - back to 420
between 4/25 and earlier today - I lost 32 karma points that I know of - was going to see if I would go from 388 to 0 by Bonnaroo when Chris modded me to 0 and then reset me to 420 again

bottom line is it sucks to have someone random internet badass try and get a rise out of people for no reason. why would anyone want to feel like someone dislikes them that much regardless of how real or fake the karma is?
and in turn, if it bothers you so much to get smited...GET RID OF IT

but i LIKE playing the "karma game". i dont want to opt out of playing it. and im not claiming i have never said anything someone didnt like, in fact i say things people dont like pretty much all the time. but, if i say something you dont like or agree with, how am i supposed to know if you just randomly take this silly point away from me instead of telling me straight up you think that post was not necessary.
i suppose if you want me to choose one of those reasons why i post in here its because i want to point out that i realize this person doesnt think highly of me, but they are also not whatever enough to say it out right. like i said, it just feels like someone is throwing rocks @ me from behind and when i turn around to see who it is or why, they disappear. i am just curious who and why, then can smite away all they want and i will at least not be in the dark.

i think you give these smiters too much credit. most of them single someone out just because. that's it. just because. no reason. nothing you said or did. you just talk about it, so they know they can keep doing it. there are no examples to give you because there is no reason for the smiting.
