Thanks for the advice gentlemen (I don't know how to quote all of you)!! I'm sure my honey has some big pocket knife, but most likely I will cut the fruit up before I go and keep it in the fridge of the RV. I'll have to bring some other stuff for Saturday and Sunday, since I think pre-cut fruit might get slimy by then.
And fruit, booze, and corn, and possible some other things will be what I have to share...plus we have an RV, so if I see that poor person who looks to be in desperate need of some AC, they will be welcome

I'll put further emphasis on the rubber mallet. Two years ago, the ground was like concrete due to lack of rain and I seemed to be the only one near my campsite with a mallet. Lending out my $1.50 Wal-Mart mallet earned me tons of new friends and enough free beer and food to last the whole weekend.

I have never encountered a negative attitude on the farm - everyone is always great! (well - 'cept for that security guy that took all my glowsticks in 07)

I am really happy to hear that. I've seen a couple of people get bent out of shape on the message boards, but maybe they are grouchy because they're tired of waiting for June 11 to roll around!

We had some extra dry ice last year, and will have some this year also. Great for fizzy cold fruit!!! We had a coffee maker and an inverter, that came in handy with those that had caffeine head achs and low on money,, good way to start a new day!!!!
I section off enough for one or two toilet trips and put it in ziplocks so I can just grab a handful of baggies to throw in my backpack. A lot easier than bringing a whole roll that might get wet or dropped in mud or something more questionable. I did this last year and it worked great. Inevitably someone in line for the porta potty is asking for TP and I make sure I have extra baggies in my backpack for these people!
I sectioned off TP into baggies while I watched TV last night. I have about 100 ziplock bags of TP

There are so many awesome ideas here it's blowin' my mind! I'm bringing extra water, beer, and kindness for anyone who stops by Camp Buffalo. Just look for the old school sabres flag flying in GA camping.
btw, Wolfaroo i think you need another crunchy for being awesome enough to start this thread. It's this spirit that gives 'roo its awesome reputation.
This is a call of arms to live and love and sleep together.
