Are you going to be disappointed if you don't reach 5k? I don't think you should get your hopes up. Also what do you think of the new Radiohead/Thom Yorke songs, since you're a big fan.

I was semi-serious about 5k. I have to be ready to depart for the Milwaukee airport by 6am Sunday, but once I finish work tonight I'm off for an entire week.
Can you link me to these songs of which you speak? I'm going to confess, I don't believe I've heard them yet.
yepers...sorry for any confusion....if i'm thinking about getting a mini wienerdog....what positin am i in to be seriously questioning your manhood brother?

There was a thread in Troo and Live last night, but last night are when they debuted so I wouldn't feel ashamed. The Thom Yorke thread in Troo will probably give you everything new since IR if that's what you need.
How about this for a question. Can you give me your opinion on the Republican 2012 hopefuls in one word posts that add up to a couple of sentences? (My idea for getting 5k)

Excellent and thank you. Been working the past three or four nights and missed that. I will check that out and respond eventually.
Well, I felt like asking KDOGG a question, but for some reason you stepped-in. Then I "played" with you as much as I could stomach tonight. Then, after I tired, I went back to my original goal. Sorry if you feel left-out or if I left you with blue-balls or something, but I'm trying to be nice, friendly and constructive. ...Unless that's not what you really want. If so, what does that say about you? How 'bout them Bears?

This almost definitely has already been asked, but why do you always stay invisible?
Has it? I wasn't sure.
My log-in times once pretty much revealed me as Mafia, arguably making the difference between victory and defeat (I think that was your doing, Bek?). Someone pointed out that I could go invisible, so I did before the next game I played. Never really thought about it beyond that. Just inertia keeping me there.

Exercising a line-item veto on this question. You're not specific, so I'll address five of my own choosing.
Mitt Romney is the man to beat. My Fox News-loving grandma simply adores him. He is not only an outright bastid, but kinda creeps me out to boot. Obama could probably take him in a general.
Sarah Palin will be Sarah Palin. This will, of course, prevent here from having a snowball's change of winning the nomination. It will, however, suck some of the oxygen out of the room and keep other perhaps more viable candidates out of the mix. So she'll have some impact on the field. Those Huckabee voters have to go somewhere... (I went to a Huckabee rally on Valentine's Day 08. It was... strange.)
Ron Paul won the straw poll at CPAC last week He can occasionally sound far more sane/intelligent than his partisan counterparts, but he can also far surpass his cohorts in the batshit-crazy department. He had some of the most irritating supporters out there last time, and I think they'd have his back and just as crazy again.
Tim Pawlenty's going to be interesting to watch, as a (relatively?) moderate governor of a swing state.
Then there's the guy I want to see wage a comeback: Newt Gingrich. I love that bastid as much as I hate him.
