^^Haha, I totally forgot about that picture! We'll have retake when we have our Nashville meetup, and I promise to look much cuter
I am so excited!
Do you have any scars? yes... I have had two back surgeries but I only have one scar there. I was also in car accident when I was 10 that left two 1.5" scars on my elbow and a scar on my forehead. Every great once in a while a piece of glass will work it's way out of my forehead... kinda creepy.
Are you double-jointed? no
Do you like your handwriting? I'm not in love with it or anything but I think it looks pretty nice.
Have you ever tried to count how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop? of course! Did I fail? of course!
What's your favorite scent? I love...fresh cut grass
Go get the Rainkissed Leaves or Green Aloe and Clover from Bath and Body Works. They smell exactly the same. Green Aloe and Clover is dicontinued except for online...I think it is cheaper. They both smell just like fresh cut grass.

Ok so tell me you aren't one of those George people. I am a George/John person.
And Thom is clearly nothing without Jonny right? clearly. Some people work better in pairs especially Thom/Johnny, Lennon/McCartney, and Wayne/Steven.
Did I not ask you who your favorite surviving Beatle was, Ringo lover? haha yes, yes you did.
Have you played Beatles Rock Band? oh yeah.
Favorite album? By the Beatles, I'm assuming... well that's tough. Probably Sgt Pepper's because it is a cover to cover album. It was meant to be played in one setting and it is the only album to not release a single and I love albums like that. Also, it was the first actual Beatles album and I killed it, I mean I really killed it. Every track.,, dead. So that album def holds a special place in my heart BUT I also love love love Abbey Road which is strange because I'm not much of a Paul person (as we have learned) and that album is a lot Paul. Oh and in case you're wondering, my fav Radiohead album is Kid A.
Favorite work by a Beatle outside the Beatles? Collectively for me, John's solo career is leaps and bounds beyond the others. "God" was def a coming of age song for me, really helped open my eyes to a lot of different things. But the best would be...
Can you rank all of the albums including the best solo works? Abbey Road Sgt Pepper's Revolver Let It Be White Album Rubber Soul Help! Magical Mystery Tour Please Please Me Hard Day's Night Yellow Submarine Beatles for Sale With the Beatles
Also, special recognition should go out for the Love compilation an the Anthology series... especially Anthology 3 which is racked up somewhere with Revolver/Let It Be imo.
I don't think I can fairly rank all of the solo albums because I haven't really listened to it all, I'm still not wore out on the Beatles. I really really like John and George's solo careers, Paul is mediocre, and Ringo, wtf? I mean seriously, ya know? There.... ranked... kinda.
Also, I want to clarify this Paul business. I love Paul McCartney, I do but he is just not my fav. I mean we all know that neither one of them would be anything w/o the other, just like those couples previously mentioned. And to say that I like Ringo more is a joke, I mean seriously, ya know? Paul has a great voice and he is very talented I just feel like I relate more with John. George is a representation of how I wish to grow, I aspire to be less like John (opinionated, selfish, and brillant) and more like George... calm, studious, and enlightened.

Well it is 12AM EST so it is with great pleasure that I present you with your new BMOTM...
CORNCAT!!!!!!!!!
Happy April Fools! hypnotizing isn't it?
Okay seriously, I give you your real April 2010 Inforoo BMOTM...
SWAMP WITCH! Thank you NBF for all of your great questions you delivered last month. I am always glad to see you around the board because you always have something interesting to say, not to mention you are so level headed and relaxed! You are truly a gem and we are really lucky to have you around!
...so without further ado:
What is your favorite city? Any pet peeves (other than microwaved fish in your workspace)? How many years have you been to roo and when was your first roo? Do you have any children? What kind of shampoo do you use?

Thanks, Superbek! And thanks for saying such nice things about me.
Also, my avatar looks much grosser in a picture that big!
What is your favorite city? I guess I'm going to have to go with Atlanta. There are always good shows, and other things to do as well (the Aquarium, Piedmont Park, etc.). Also, I like to eat, and there are tons of great restaurants (I sure do miss Fatt Matt's Rib Shack and the OK Cafe). It was also nice to live in such a diverse city.
Any pet peeves (other than microwaved fish in your workspace)? Yes: people who tailgate (whether they are behind me or driving the car I'm in); people who insist on coming into a train or elevator without letting the people who are on it get off first; people who smack their lips and make a chipmunk face when tasting things (although I don't think I've seen anybody do that since my TCBY days); people who leave their shopping cart in the middle of the aisle while they are perusing the pickles.
How many years have you been to roo and when was your first roo? I went to 2004 through 2007, but in 2007, we left on Saturday morning because Josh got a sinus infection.
Do you have any children? Not unless you count my four-legged, furry children.
What kind of shampoo do you use? It changes. I heard once that it's best for your hair if you vary what kind you use, so I buy a different brand almost every time. Right now, I think I have Pantene. I probably buy Herbal Essences most often.

First, a couple of clarifications:
What is your favorite city? I guess I'm going to have to go with Atlanta. There are always good shows, and other things to do as well (the Aquarium, Piedmont Park, etc.). Also, I like to eat, and there are tons of great restaurants (I sure do miss Fatt Matt's Rib Shack and the OK Cafe). It was also nice to live in such a diverse city.
I can't believe I forgot to mention the MARTA. I loved the train. I took it everywhere. We often bought gas less than once a month.
I would think you all would get tired of asking questions before I got tired of answering them.
And for the new ones:
What's the story behind your avatar? This
is Danny Devito's foot. But I'm probably going to change it sometme soon. I don't like to keep the same avatar for too long.
Is Roo on the agenda this year? No. After 2007, I didn't think I wanted to go back. I'm one of those annoying people who just doesn't think it's the same. Nevertheless, I was really tempted to buy tickets last year because of the lineup. In the end, though, we just didn't have the money. This year, I might have been tempted again, but it's just too far away now (distance-wise, not time-wise). With plane tickets and dog boarding and having to buy a lot more food and such while we were there, it's just not even close to realistic.
Love what you did with the place! Motel chic is the way to go.
I thought it was a good look.
What was your favorite class in law school?
Law and Literature. I was a Lit major in undergrad, so that class was right up my alley. Also, the teacher was this wonderful, little country lady who you would look at, and listen to, and expect to be really uptight, but she was actually surprisingly liberal and really funny. She freakin' loved Bill Clinton.
Edit: Of the standard law classes, Workouts and Reorganizations (Bankruptcy seminar) with Professor Kuney was probably my favorite. I liked all of my Bankruptcy classes, though.

what's your favorite movie? I have a lot of favorite movies, but if I have to pick one, I'll almost always say I Heart Huckabees.
what are you doing tonight? Damn, I had this long, sad answer about how the most exciting thing we'd do tonight would be watching the Soup, and then my friend came in and invited us to go out with her and her husband, so it looks like I'm going to the Firkin & Fox for drinks and dinner. Then I'll go home and watch the Soup.
do you own a hula hoop? I do not. It's probably been at least 15 years since I've tried to hula hoop.
which roo was your best roo? Without question, 2006. Beck, Radiohead, Elvis Costello. The weather was perfect. The only thing that was not so great was our campsight, which was out near the church and on seriously rocky ground and had some fairly annoying neighbors, but we had good air mattresses and the neighbors were actually pretty entertaining some of the time.

^Yeah, I fully expected it to come up. The question doesn't actually bother me all that much, except that I know that it bothers some other people, and I'm concerned that my answering it in a lighthearted way will be found offensive by those people. Nevertheless, in hopes of adding some levity to the situation:
Who do you find to be more dreamy: Salamander or GKing? Salamander, because I find guys with ridiculously poor grammar and a 1/5th a day Jager habit terribly attractive.
