The results of day three and night three will be the death of Chadd and KDogg.
Kdogg, I would have let you slide if you have received a PM. You have no control over that, but you responded, not once, but twice. In your response you divulged important role information to someone who already compromised the game by contacting you. In fact divulging your role was far greater of an infraction than Cajun's PM.
This is the part that you really aren't going to like. The following rule no longer applies to you in this game.
8) Players who have been eliminated are still welcome to post in this thread, but are asked to not say anything leading to any knowledge, suspicions or opinions you might have.
In other words I don't want you or Cajun (the two rule violators) posting in this thread until the game is over. I have no way to enforce this, but I will say that you are no longer welcome to post in the mafia thread until the conclusion of the game. I hope that you have more respect for this request than you do for the rules of the game.
In the PM that I sent Kdogg informing him of his role (and yes I can mention it, because I'm the smurfing Fisher King) I told him "You are the inspector. Don't quack it up." Guess what Kdogg...

well I be damned... I've never seen the ref kill a player before. I guess if you guys weren't sure of kdogg's position before, ya do now that this here fisher king confirmed it for ya.

So... I get ejected for sharing something... and then you go and publicly announce the very thing I shared for which I was ejected?
The Referee divulging a player's role sounds like at least as much of an infraction to me as anything I might have did.
At least I was just telling a single dead innocent outside of the thread. You gave it away to every living player. Now tell me... which of these actions is going to have a greater impact on the remainder of the game? Here's your answer:

All I can say is that the game got ugly and I'm just trying to end it at this point.
The only hypocrisy I see is the guy who always references the rules breaking them and that's you.
You had enough grounds to eject me from the game on the basis of message alone. There was no need to confirm my - or, by extension, any other player's - identity in the process. You should have removed me with neither confirming nor denying my identity. That can, and I believe in this case DID, alter the course of the game.
I think the Referee ought to be a neutral facilitator of the game, and you violated that in confirming my identity.
I retract my EAP vote after reading back through.. EAP, I promise you, I'm innocent and I know you're innocent too.
I'm innocent, Kdogg the Inspector, but he was wrong about me. If you kill me off, I'm positive that the mafia have this game in the bag.

your sudden change of vote is a little suspicious. considering the fight you and eap had early on, and the fact that y'all are still alive...i dunno...i don't trust it. i think we've all been fooled for a while.
since we know ian was mafia, and died first round, that means there would only be two people left the remainder of the game. considering both hgh and eap are still alive, and with hgh's sudden vote change trying to "convince" eap she's innocent, i think the two of them have been the culprits all along.
my suggestion is we kill hgh or eap today, and the two innocents that remain tomorrow can off the remaining mafia, and townspeople win!

This is ridiculous. Perhaps I should not have revealed your status Kdogg, but now I have people PMing to end the whole game based on this crap. I am very busy at work and need to hunt down my cell phone. You guys discuss what you want to do and PM your answer. I'll check in after work.

damn...end the game? why? there's only 5 of us left, and the players involved aren't even in it. i would personally like to continue the game. i think it's been one of the better ones and i'm having fun.
I can't definitely peg her or anyone else at this point... but she seems suspicious to me. All I know, Higgi, is that you're the only one I can trust 100%.
All I know for sure is that there are two players out there who have to be in cahoots with Ian. I think the best place to start rooting them out is the list of people who voted with Ian in the run-off:

Rooconteur voted for me in the first vote of the entire game. Bacon seems sketchy, too.
I'm not sure about any of them, but EAP seems most likely to me at the moment.
This is the run-off vote.. EAP and HGH both voted Kdogg along with Ian and Higgi, who was confirmed innocent.

There's no way Ian was acting alone in that first round. I've been trying to figure out with whom he was in cahoots, and I keep drawing blanks.
This, I have discussed earlier... the list of those who voted with Ian at some point in the first round:
Higgi Rooconteur EAP Handgun
Let's take a look at this list.
Higgi = definitely innocent He died at Mafia hands... not to mention that I had myself a realization about him.
Rooconteur = definitely innocent For one of the same reasons I believe Higgi is definitely innocent.
EAP = probably innocent The fact that the Mafia seemed OK with her dying suggests, but does not confirm, her innocence to me.
Then there's Handgun... I'm not so sure about her anymore. She voted for me in that first round and talked me out of it last round. I think she may have nulled her vote when I called shenanigans on the EAP landslide, not so much because she agreed with me - but because I'd indirectly called her out on that voting behavior. And, I think, voted Rooconteur after I called shenanigans... she'd know he was innocent and on my suspects list, so I'd be more likely to vote for him.
Now, I'm not guaranteeing she is guilty. What I CAN guarantee is that if Ian was in cahoots with someone in voting for me, it wasn't one of the guys... They've both been inquired about and cleared.
I find it hard to believe that Ian had four people voting alongside him, and not one of them was in cahoots with him.
That leaves me with the choice between EAP and Handgun... and I'm pretty sure last round shows me that EAP is innocent.

Please take your bickering/discussing about the game to PM so the rest of us can finish without having to dig through your posts. The rest of us had no involvement in this "crisis" situation. So if y'all wouldn't mind leaving us out of it, that would be great.
I don't want my continued presence threatening the game's existence. All I wanted to do was say what I needed to say - and I've done that. I can't do a damn thing about the decision, so I am heading off into exile now.

Kdogg was the Inspector, and Kdogg was wrong about me. He obviously didn't have a chance to ask about me-- as we've seen from the people he did claim to ask about.
Kill me off and tomorrow the mafia will have won. :/
