I'm honestly too tired to read all these things
I'm not mafia. I promise. If anything, this just sealed my thought that Kdogg IS mafia.
I think Kdogg falsely lead us to believe he was Inspector. He claimed he KNEW Ian was up to something, and then claimed Higgi was innocent. If he were suspicious of me, he should have asked about me, he obviously didn't because he would know I was innocent.
EAP and Kel, I promise-- my word, in all honesty, I'm NOT mafia. I'm an innocent player. I can't give you any huge argument for myself, except this is 100% the truth.
I vote Kdogg. He's trying to kill off an innocent and he's making all the townspeople believe him.
edit because I left a sentence that made no sense, and to add:
I think the mafia killed of Higgi to make us believe Kdogg was innocent and truthful.

^^ EAP, I just noticed you pointed out that Kdogg never says anything about Kel, which makes me think that Kel and Kdogg are working together. They both voted for me and IM INNOCENT.
Why else do you think I have been focusing on him and those around him since Day One?
Please tell me you people aren't accusing me of pulling the lame-ass "Mafia posing as Inspector" ruse. I haven't been Mafia since like game 12... surely, you should think I'd have come up with something better than that during the interim.
I'm going to change my vote to Kelaroo, just to demonstrate that I have no problems with it. I don't know the who-is of anything at this point... just two who-isn'ts - one dead, one alive.
Do I have to blow it on my third guess before you'll believe me on the basis of mathematical impossibility?

so...you going to respond to any of my points? seems a little suspect you passed right over one of the longest posts on the last page.
also...you're quick to change your vote, too. are you worried that we're going to catch on to you and kel's mafia ties? i didn't see her pretty face on the last page of people you were willing to ask about.
^^ EAP, I just noticed you pointed out that Kdogg never says anything about Kel, which makes me think that Kel and Kdogg are working together. They both voted for me and IM INNOCENT.
I promise I am innocent. Kdogg and I did vote for you, but so did EAP.
^^ If you're the Inspector, WHY didn't you ask about me?!
I asked about Higgi during Night One because he was the only player to vote with Ian both times. True, they were both against me... but was I really supposed to ignore the 100% overlap in their voting records just because you wanted me to ask about you? Sorry, but no.
I was torn between asking about Rooconteur or HGH going into Day Two. I based my Night Two ask on this exchange:
I am very worried right now kdogg is obviously claiming inspector, but since there is a good chance Cajun was inspector I don't know if we can trust him. If he is actually mafia we are screwed. I know that this is going to make me look like mafia but I am not so if you are inspector kdogg ask about me if you so wish. For know I am going to follow uneasily.
no need to explicityly say kdoggs inspector. anyone paying attention, can infer that, and keep it to themselves and not vote for kdogg. you know kdogg's about to out you, so you're mounting your defense now.
This exchange was a bit too open for my comfort... Note that HGH was not the only one who asked me to inquire about them. I asked about Rooconteur because he had voted with Ian in addition to speaking suspiciously. I had two reasons to ask about Rooconteur, but only one reason to ask about both Bacon & Handgun...
I know you guys might have trouble believing me. I'm playing it fast and loose with this role for a number of reasons.
1. If I had just laid low and passive like I see many Inspectors do, I'm sure that departure from my usual playing style would have made at least some of you suspicious. 2. I assume I have a larger target on my back than the average Townsperson. Note that last time I played, I was a Night One whack - and generally find myself whacked earlier rather than later. 3. I know that an Inspector whose legitimacy in question is a lot more likely to survive a Night whacking. I figure I have been able to obtain more information playing this way than I would have using more conventional methods.
I have a sneaking suspicion who two of the mafia are. I can't prove it yet but if it's who I'm thinking then we have two of the sneakiest players I've seen in a while as mafia ( or so I've heard, remember I've never played before!).
I believe it is in reference to myself & Hippie...
I am very worried that Cajun was inspector considering his little suspicion he knew who was mafia comment. That is obviously what the mafia thought too.
As to why I did not get whacked in Night Two, read what I said above regarding an Inspector whose legitimacy in question. I suspect that's why they opted for Higgi and not myself - they'd rather let you Townspeople off me (with my status still in question) so they can whack a different innocent tonight. Gets them to victory faster than killing me themselves.
So go ahead and vote for me... the Mafia will be cheering you on.
as for higgi's vote...yes, he switched to himself. that doesn't prove ANYTHING about eap's innocence. it just means HE was confused. he didn't switch to anyone he thought was guilty...just himself. could eap not have been worried about higgi being on her case? seems plausible to me, and to as well since you pointed out it would be hard to point fingers.
I already pointed out why it is strategic for Mafia to whack a player casting a vote for oneself. Helps cover their tracks.
as for ME in the hotseat...fine...put me there. i'm innocent and don't have anything to hide. i nulled my vote because i trusted you most at that point. you seem to be more than a townsperson, so why wouldn't i follow your lead? i wasn't the ONLY one who did...so why call ME out?
Did you not catch that I was discussing you in association with Handgun? I threw out that vote for Bacon as bait to see how the Mafia would react. Note how quickly that post was edited... I went in and crossed out the vote for Bacon almost as soon as I originally made that post.
also...your last part seems to indicate you are corresponding with people outside the game. someone PRIVATELY let you know something? the only people who you can converse about the game with you are those still in it(meaning if the departed talked to you, you're cheating), or through private pm with your fellow mafia.
Excuse me for checking my Inbox. I won't explicitly reveal my source, but take a good look at my last post and you'll probably figure it out.
which leads me to MY theory. let's put YOU in the hotseat since you haven't been there either...
how do we know kdogg is so innocent? sure he seems to have been exonerating player after player, but we also have cajun's claim before kdogg said ANYTHING about being inspector. kdogg said higgi was innocent, and then higgi dies. it's already been shown in past mafia games that killing one of their own overnight almost won them the game(i would know...i helped make that decision). how do we know that's not happening here? going by this theory, i would suspect kdogg, roo, and higgi. they've killed higgi to make kdogg look innocent, and now he's exonerating roo so we wander even further away from the truth.
Read my previous post for the rationale behind this.
The Mafia didn't kill Higgi to make me look innocent... the Mafia killed Higgi to make me look guilty. Again, an Inspector whose status is in question is more likely to be killed by the Townspeople - which is basically doing the Mafia a favor. Don't take them up on it.

Knowing about Rooconteur changed things. Another of Ian's voting associates was crossed off the list. At that point, only Handgun & EAP are left.

If only I and EAP are left- It's EAP.
I ASSURE YOU. Despite the huge part of me that wants you as mafia because you're accusing me, I really want to believe you.
It's EAP if it's one of us. I said it in the beginning.

sorry...still not cleared up on the correspondance. i'd rather you just be clear cut about the situation all together rather than expecting me to draw my own conclusions. i'm not asking for names...just an explanation. regardless, you were having outside contact with people who are not allowed to do so.
as for the last part of your post...i don't think many people called you into question. for the most part we're all following your lead. i think you're just scrambling to figure out how to cover your tracks now.
Ok now I am reallly confused. Kdogg got a PM telling him that roo was innocent??
Why are people cheating? Also, why should we believe him.
Kdogg seems to be doing the majority of the confusing. I don't want to believe he is mafia, bc he saved me. But I have a feeling if we voted him off things would become a lot clearer.
I am sticking with HGH for the moment, bc she seems so stuck on me.

***I INTERRUPT THIS GAME FOR A SPECIAL REPORT***
ok guys...there is going to be a change in the game, unfortunately. newhampshirechadd was neighborhoodcreep reincarnated. he was trying to come back as a respectful member of the inforoo community, and it just can't happen. he wanted me to tell you guys that he's really sorry he can't finish the game, and that even though y'all didn't know it was him, he'll miss you and hopes you get the right mafia.
Speaking of accusations... one of our departed players privately (and incorrectly) accused me of being Mafia in cahoots with you. I know I'm not alone in seeing something sketchy going on with you...
I want this explained - thoroughly. You are the one who always quotes the rules and calls people out on the rules. Let me quote some things for you.
1) The referee randomly chooses from the 11 players three Mafiosi and one Inspector. All the rest are Townspeople. Each person is informed of their part via PM, and are not allowed to share that information with each other except in this thread, the official Mafia game thread. The Mafia are informed of one another's identity, and they are allowed to converse among themselves via PM.
10) AKA The Kdogg Rule: There will be no sharing of role PM's inside the thread or outside for the purpose of disclosing your role to another player. This also goes for password sharing. Common sense should be used, no discussion of your roles, except between the mafia, outside the thread- EVER.
Now I assume that by privately you mean via PM. Check this out.
#2. Absolutely no discussion of PMs in this game at all. I don't care if it's a PM about a baseball score from three years ago. No PM discussion in the game thread. Period. Mafia can PM each other and anyone can PM me regarding the game.
I expect answers, because I fear that you and whoever you've been PMing with have quacked up the game.

^^Ain't that the truth!?
I guess I should say... I'm just glad I've gotten over this game and don't play any more. I prefer to end on a high note with my 3 for 3 mafia slayings ;D
why cant we all agree chadd is eliminated and vote somebody else off?
In order the keep game flow correct, we need to end day one with him being voted off. And considering the situation of today, it seems to be the easiest plan.
And a synopsis of this private communication thing:
Cajun PMed me after his death, telling me he knows I'm Mafia & that I suck at it.
I told him no, that I actually am the Inspector & that I did receive Ian's name.
He wrote back that he'd forgotten about the Inspector receiving a name, and said that he had suspected Hippie & I of being in cahoots.
I wrote back, quoting his question about Inspector procedure, and responding with a sentence or two - informing him that the Inspector receives a name at the beginning of the game and then gets to guess other names at night.
So there you have it... my dirty little secrets: 1. I am the Inspector. 2. Ian was Mafia. 3. The Inspector receives a name in the start of the game and gets to guess other players at night.
Sorry, everyone. I know I've been trying to make these facts the best-kept secrets of the game...

I am going to cook some Bacon. Then I am going to put some mustard and garlic on it and wrap it around a beef patty and cook it in the grill. Then because the flavor will have soaked into the burger, I will feed it to my dog. Because I hate bacon!
