I'm going to try to make it to this, pending the lineup. I'd planned to go last year, but didn't make it. But I was there for Loki Fest last October, and it's a nice place to spend a weekend.
EDIT: Sorry for the bad formatting in the original post. It was the result of cutting and pasting from notepad after having to retype because of a lost connection the first time I tried to post.

Went last year, was EPIC. I only knew 3 or 4 of the artists and it was still incredible. Parking pass will make life a lot easier out there, but don't feel obligated to camp at the car. You can use your car as a homebase and camp out near the stages if you wish.
A car pass is a necessity, not even optional for this fest.
i went without a car pass and it didnt bother me at all. enjoyed being able to camp way out where my truck couldn't go. guess it just depends on how much stuff you need. my cooler is on wheels so maybe that was a plus.

I'm getting so excited waiting for this lineup. I'm going to go ahead and buy my ticket though, this venue is so amazing I'm in whether I've heard of a single artist playing or not.
Last year I was, sadly enough, very unprepared for such a festival and venue. I was used to the big crowds and craziness of festivals like Bonnaroo so Trinumeral 8 just plowed me over. I wasn't expecting something so small, so intimate and so different. I can't wait to return!
i would say that Pnuma Trio is out since they have dates on Sept 11 and 12 in Minnesota and Indiana respectively, which is a shame because i really enjoyed the PA set last year and was hoping theyd return as a trio.
^Was anyone here at the Telepath sunrise set? If so did you see the Deviled Egg guys putting veggie bacon on passed out peeps, then stealing their cameras to take pictures of them?

Haha oh man that sounds awesome. Any guesses as to who could be headlining this thing? Last year we had both GZA and Boots which was awesome (even if GZA totally dropped the ball).
I could definitely see myself checking this out, I'm going to wait on the lineup though but if its good I can't see why I wouldn't go, especially since its only a couple hours drive for me.
im going to try really hard to do this one, i had so much fun last year and its so close to where i am it would just seem absurd to not do it again. im hoping we get dark star orchestra, tea leaf green, or sts9 for headliners. i think they would all be appropriate size for trinumeral headliners. im thinking toubab krewe is almost a lock since they are based out of asheville. hopefully MO2 and chronicles of the landsquid make an appearance too. so much potential for this little festie.

im not too much in the know, but I do know that sonic youth will be there along with many other larger names. this will be the best trinumeral by far, make sure you catch my friends band The Malah
^^ yeah i checked out malah last year and enjoyed it i'd see them again. larger names would make sense this year with ticket prices going up a bit (don't remember what they were last year but i definately remember not paying this much). personally i can't stand sonic youth so hopefully we get more. still crossing fingers for dark star orchestra and toubab krewe.

I'll really be surprised if Toubab Krewe isn't there. I'll most likely be there regardless of the lineup, as long as nothing else comes up to stop me.

sts9 has played before so It wouldnt suprise me to see them headline again. U-melt, lotus, heavy pets are all expected names. toubab is 100% along with most likely a big name atlanta based band - rusted root will probablyu be there -
on STS9's forum - thelowdown.org/index.php?topic=44968.0 -, someone posted that the following artists leaked for Trinumeral. they don't list any source or anything so take it for what it's worth.
Orchard Lounge Eliot Lipp Pnuma Trio The Egg Toubab Krewe Mindelixer
oh someone in another thread on there said Signal Path is confirmed on their myspace as well.
