i agree, something is definitely afoot here. But also remember, if Roo is guilty, most likely HIppie is guilty, as he's been trying to prove her innocence for some time now.
I need to get home and corn out and really focus on this poppycock, because my feelings as to who is guilty and who is not haven't changed much, but I am still slightly (overly?) confused.

HGH saying where's mafia let's get on with the game. Then her supposedly killing someone off. That seems extremely bush league. And one thing is for sure roo you have made me laugh this game.
What are you talking about? I am not saying she made any kind of mistake. I am saying that it is suspicious that she was complaining about not being able to play since we were basically at a standstill but then when Kel posted shortly after she didn't have a word to say.
What would be so "bush league" about saying what she said and then being mafia at the same time?

There seems to me to be an obvious connection between saying "waiting on mafia" and then killing someone 20 minutes later. If you don't expect people to find a connection between that, well then I don't know. It just seems to me as something really, really dumb for someone that is mafia to do. So little to gain out of that and everything to lose. I think it would be a misstep to do what she did and be mafia.
We don't even know if it was the mafia we were waiting on....for that matter we don't even know it was the inspector. We could have been waiting for Kel to log in again.
You are missing the point entirely. I am not making a connection that she said "hey, where's mafia" then killed someone 20 minutes later. Mafia's kill could have very well been submitted already.
MY point is that she had nothing to contribute after Kel posted the results. If she was so eager to play the game then she would have had more to say....especially when she came back and saw she was a target.

okay here's where I stand.
roo, you are def something but I don't know what. You are either really the inspector or you are mafia. You deny being the inspector but swear to hippie's innocence. And that of course makes you look guilty.
I don't really see anything suspicious about HGH's "waiting for the mafia remark". I mean, I took it as a generalization and even had to read your theory of it to even try to follow as to why it looked suspicious.
I just don't know if I can buy into all this. It just seems to me like you are desperate to take control of us early on in the game.
You even tried pointing fingers at me because I questioned you and didn't automatically fall in line with you. Sorry but of course I'm gonna question you... duh! You said so yourself that you're not the inspector so why should I NOT question you?
And like I said if you're not the inspector then you're guilty so...

I've gotta stick with Hippie on this one for the time being. Higgi's right, if Roocon is guilty then that pretty much guarantees that Hippie is in cahoots. I'd rather let Roocon live another day to prove his worth to the townspeople than hastily vote to kill him off. It could prove to be a downright fatal mistake by the townspeople, if you taste what it is I'm poppin, that is.
Well Strum, I know you said you don't like it when the inspector comes out early in the game since it not as fun but I fear that I will be killed by the Mafia (YOU) tonight so I am coming forward.
I was given HGH's name in the beginning and I guessed Strum on the first night. They are both mafia. I am going to ask about awolfathedoor tonight and will let you know the results if I make it through the night, which most likely won't happen.
In the last vote I was the only one to vote for HGH so the mafia may try to kill me off tonight. I tried my best to get the townspeople to vote for her in this round without coming right out and saying "hey vote HGH!" but that all went to hell when I got the tally wrong and when everyone turned on Higgi. I was hoping for Hippie to save the day earlier in round two and keep her vote for HGH and that everyone would follow suit. I'm sure when I said Hippie & Higgie are probably BOTH innocent and left my vote for HGH made my identity as inspector obvious to the Mafia. Plus I have spent the last hour trying to convince ya'll why HGH is guilty and now the votes are just all over the place. If I don't tell ya'll now I will be dead before I get to say anything else again and I would hate to be dead watching ya'll kill off innocents when I knew two names. I could wait until after the vote ends at midnight but I don't plan on being online a lot tonight since it will be my first night with the new puppy. Cute puppies>inforoo
So here is what I have to go on so far:
HGH & Strum= 100% Dirty Mafioso Scum
Roo and Hippie voted HGH in Round One and this leads me to believe they are both innocent, unless one of them were trying to throw us off their mafia scent. I seriously doubt they would risk voting their own during the random first round (but I don't think I have never played with Stum, therefore don't know his tactics...maybe he told one of them to vote HGH to throw off the townspeople........I kind of doubt this is the case, but maybe you players who are more familiar with his playing style can chime in on that point)
So I think Roo & Hippie = innocent
Strum voted Higgi early on so I would imagine that Higgi = innocent.
Through process of elimination this leaves:
Wolf, Bacon, and Bek. They seem the most guilty to me right now and I would concentrate on one them to be the third mafia member....Wolf looks most suspicious to me. The fact that in at least three or four of his posts he claims to be CONFUSED makes me think he is trying to make us think he has no clue what is going on. It is not that confusing Wolfie Also, he seems to be going along with Strum and everything he says (other than his exessive confusion) indicates he is working with HGH & Strum.
So if I die tonight I just want ya'll to know that the two names I gave you are Mafia....I hope I have led you in the right direction with the third Mafia member....IF NOT, I am sorry, I did my best!
Sorry if coming forward so early makes the game less fun but it is driving me crazy knowing what I know and keeping quiet about it....and isn't it is all about winning in the long run...this will just get us closer to Mafia 24 It was getting tiresome for me knowing Strum and HGH are mafia and every time Wolf posted I became more and more sure he is working with him. There is really no point in keeping my identity hidden now since I am about 99.5% certain who the mafia is. SO....that's that! Please believe me and we will win.
I feel bad for coming out so early (I get why Strum says it takes the fun away) but it was really driving me crazy. Arguing with Wolf was the final nail in the coffin. I felt like I was hitting my head against a brick wall.
