I wasn't saying that you were lame necessarily for voting for me purely because I'm quiet-- I was more so calling out the people who jumped on the bandwagon with you.
That would be me, I suppose. Sorry I'm lame. Like I said, I was basically randomly voting again. Give me a reason to change my vote.

Is it not reason enough that you have NO reason to suspect me, you're just voting for me because I'm quiet? We're here to kill MAFIA, not quiet players. If the whole point of the game is to beat the mafia, you're not going to do it by voting for someone purely because they don't post in the thread as often as everyone else.

Well at this point it looks like it's either you or Jen going down this round. If you can tell me why Jen deserves my vote more than you, I'll listen.
As far as I can tell there's not any reason to vote for anybody at this point. But you know I have to vote for somebody.
First off, this tally is not correct. Right? HGH's vote has not been counted. I am assuming that she will vote for me and I don't blame her. The only way I see I can save my self is to change my vote to Strum. Sorry, Strum, I don't know if you are mafia or not at this point, or anyone else for that matter, but this is my only chance to stay alive. This pretty much makes HGH the deciding vote unless others change their minds again.
Ah! I got it. Just for the sake of keeping it simple (as if that's an option at this point) I'll just keep my vote the way it is. I'm getting kind of apathetic about the whole thing.
It is too damn confusing when there are a bajillion run-offs and all the votes aren't listed in the tally. Maybe it would be best if ya'll just kill me. I'd hate to be reffing this game, Roo!
So if everyone has voted there is yet another freaking run-off in round one? Serisouly this is getting ridiculous.
Hopefully the tally is right and in that case I am switching my vote to HGH because I think there is a better chance she is mafia then Strum. I am putting this vote in the above tally.

Well, I'll be around a lot more to play, because I have like 4 off days in a row.. if that helps anything. Since I think my quietness is the only reason I'm in this thing to begin with.

I had some time to think over my theory on the drive back in from Madison. I'm not so confident in it now. I figure, for my theory to work out, there would have to be some kind of Mafia push against Strum. I'm not seeing that in the votes, which makes me think maybe my theory isn't so solid after all. That actually makes me less certain Strum might be innocent - the voting shows he's not the one the Mafia wants dead here. But it's too late to do anything about that. Strum's not an option here.
There's some discussion about which players are the quiet ones, and I like that. I think it's good to suspect the quiet players, but Handgun is far from the only quiet player in the game. So, I've gone over the thread and tabulated a post count for the thread up through now. It might come in handy in the event we have Mafia lurking in the shadows.
Note that non-player Hippie is participating in this thread more than 8 of 11 players. Meanwhile, Handgun has posted more than a majority of the players (6 of 11) in this game... so exactly why is she being called out as being Mafia because she's quiet?

My vote is irrelavent at this point, but I suppose I would go with jen as well.

As for my own quietness it is bc as some of you might remember from the last thread, I got a teaching job and school started last week. Its been pretty intense and insane and hella tiring. But I just found out today inforoo isn't blocked by the district so I will be able to get on at school.
I think we can assume from HGH's post she votes Jen I don't know if we can say the same about Jen not that it really matters Just to simplify things here is an updated tally

I don't strum was saying she's necessarily guilty because she's quiet, just that she's quiet, and hey that's a reason. As I have been saying all along, I didn't think she was guilty either. It's just that nobody else seems particularly guilty yet, so that flimsy reason seemed better than just randomly picking a name again.
And anybody who played or read the last game knows quiet doesn't necessarily equal guilty --- I mean strum was guilty as hell last game, but I don't think anybody would describe him as quiet.
