What i have found to be a major differance is the crowd at All Good is very much a jam based group of people...not much of the "Frat Boy" crowd as some other festivals...but you do have pleanty of Wooks...It has the wildest shakedown street of any festival I have attended...the crowd is smaller than Bonnaroo but the campground can get crowded non the less...and don't miss the late night fireworks on saturday...I swear they had fireworks...lol

I've been listening to Further 2-9-10, Asheville show all day today. I am ready to see them again at AllGood. I've not seen Railroad Earth...looking forward to that set as well and YMSB, Umps, George and Parliment...Ok I am looking forward to all of it At AllGood.
Last year I think they started at about 8 with the first band and Keller got done by about 2 it was a cool foggy walk back to the camp site. It was a great way to get the festival started...and DSO will be this year
Don't forget Lotus from 2:30 - 5. Incredible way to start out the weekend. They also had a DJ (DJ Harry i believe) between sets on Thurs.

Are there any All Good msg boards or anywhere I can find out more info than what's on the official page? I'm seriously considering this because I really want to hit up another fest this summer. All Good seems to have the jam like always. It's too cheap to pass up.

Actually guys Wolfaroo convinced me to make the trek to Hangout Fest. Maybe I'll do All Good next year. Music on a beach with this lineup is too hard to pass up. Plus he's put together quite a crew and has a condo. Im hoping to just chip in on gas and the condo plus a little food and relax on the beach. I haven't done that in years.

the beach too is a good thing...AllGood is my big vacation for the year...i dont want to miss my vacation...it is also the one time of the year i get to get togeather with some of my very good friends and music buddies...
How does the crowd and campground differ at All Good from your average Bonnaroo experience? Pretty much the same vibe?
Not really. IMO, Bonnaroo is more in-your-face and All Good is more laid back.
Bonnaroo has a lot more non-music activities. You will miss shows you wanted to see, but you make up for that by experiencing other things like a camper who set up a mini Disco in camp Boba Fett
At All Good, you can sit on the hill all day and not miss one band. The only tricky part is trying to get down the hill at night after a few beers. It is a lot easier to get around this fest too. One road pretty much the whole way through, where as Bonnaroo there are many roads to travel down and get lost. Just remember your street signs!!
im looking forward to this years AllGood......Ive decided to skip roo due to complications, so i think between the hangout and AllGood this should be a fantastic summer.
There's not a thing worth remembering When tomorrow can bring someone new Get used to the thought You can't be what you're not Life has already got plans for you
I'm down, if I make it to the mountain. But I guess if I do make it to the mountain I will be riding with you Jesse, so I am in camp infogood regardless....if I make it to the mountain....
^True that, this looks like it will be a stellar year though. Also given the new Furthur dates this will more than likely be my only chance to catch them.
I have been really stressed and upset recently, and thinking of the mountaintop has been one of the things helping to keep me sane.

the mountain top is a great place to think about for happy thoughts. Camp Inforoo will be happening. I can already taste the steak and pork tenderloin and other wonderful things to be enjoyed on the mountain and at camp Infogood.
6/18: Phish in Hartford 6/25: Phish in Camden 7/2-7/4: Nateva 7/17: God Street Wine at Irving Plaza 7/23-7/25: String Cheese at Red Rocks!! 8/17-8/18: Phish at Jones Beach 9/3: Rush at PNC
This Bonnaroo lineup is in dire need of some Rush.
Never been to all good but thinking about going this year. Last year i hit Roth and Roo, brought the kids to Roth not to Roo, just wondering if anyone can give me some thoughts about kids at this festival. It looks like its somewhat family friendly(looking at the website) just wondering about anyones personal experiences. Is the family camp fun or should we just do general camping?
