because it WOULD be perfect to use bek as a "frame job" and get rid of a veteran player at the same time
townspeople...i urge you to place your votes for wolf this round, and see what mafia does overnight. while HGH will probably die, remember that there is a deputy out there who knows the validity or falsity of at least one of HGH's assertions.
NTRT... I said that, either way, defending Airline & attacking Jack both lead to the conclusion that Airline is probably Mafia. If, following that logic, Airline is Mafia... and I voted to send someone I'm in cahoots with into a runoff? There's a gap in logic for you.
1. Who said you were in cahoots with Airline?
2. Even if someone said you were in cahoots with Airline, who besides you is saying that Airline is mafia?
I'm curious to hear other explanations for that first vote, aside from Mafia going after Jack or Mafia defending Airline.
If Airline isn't Mafia, and Wolf isn't defending him... what's the justification for Wolf's guilt? I always thought his innocence/guilt was through association with either Hippie or Airline, respectively. I've offered an explanation for that first vote, and while mine has been responded to - putting me on the hot seat on which I presently sit - I don't think anyone else has offered an equally substantial explanation. I think that might be why Mafia's after me now.

If Mafia is after you, are you saying you're after yourself?

you still haven't told me how right or wrong you think HGH is. she made a whole lot of definitive statements. i figured you'd have more to say about them...
I already showed you I'm comfortable with voting for Wolf and could do it again. I can't speak for anyone's innocence but myself, Jack & Bek at this point. I can promise you that she's wrong about me.
I've been Ref when Handgun's been Inspector twice, and I've been Mafia against her when she's had the role on a few occasions... I don't think she's EVER made a correct guess as Inspector, which makes the entirety of her claim seem iffy to me.
As I said, I'm being set up here... if anyone in this game could mastermind that successfully (and she nearly was) it would be Handgun. Knowing her, she would also be averse to taking me on publicly in the thread - she'd rather have Townspeople doing her dirty work for her.
I'm just wondering who she's working with. Higgi correctly pointed out the fact that I'm being set up. I can really only rule out him and the dead players at this point.

Kdogg, please. You're going to now, call me out on being suspicious because I caught on to what you were doing? It was predictable. It's not like it's a revolutionary idea for the mafia to 'frame' one of their own. I'm sure it's been done before.
You're mafia and I know it. I'm not going to let you try and turn it around on me.
Sorry, but I know when I'm being set up and I'm taking your post about it as something like a villain revealing his wicked scheme to 007 before leaving him unattended.
Not during any of the games I've conducted. Not when I've been Mafia & you've been Inspector.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but last game when you were Inspector and I was Ref... you went the entire game without once voting for your given name. That's a fail at Inspector 101.
Am I really supposed to believe you graduated with honors from Go Go Gadget University between games?

So now we're resorting to insults? If anything makes you look guilty, it's that you've stooped to the level of insulting my ability to play the game in order to try and make people not believe me.
The townspeople don't have to believe me, because there is still another player out there that KNOWS I guessed Wolf right last night, and since they know that, they know I'm correct about you. And they'll get my guess tonight too- so even if the townspeople disregard me and vote me off, there's someone else out there that will just take over and prove that I was correct.

And for the record- last time we played- I was working two jobs and dealing with a lot of stress and didn't give any of my time or effort to the game, which was a failure on my part. I'm now unemployed because they closed the place I've been working for three years, plus I don't start school til Wednesday.
So I have a lot of time to sit around on the internet and do absolutely nothing with my life except analyze this game.
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver
Not during any of the games I've conducted. Not when I've been Mafia & you've been Inspector.

Okay Kdizzle, I never thought you'd make such a big mistake by Killing Bek. But I think our inspector has spoken and this post in particular clearly spells out desperation to me. It was a valiant effort but it looks like you've been busted ;D

I thought this was interesting. This game has seen a lot of accusations flying from a lot of different directions. It's the most unusual game I've played, I think, because here in the second round there really aren't too many "quiet" people (Airline's been the quietest of the living players, but really not that quiet).
So I'm looking at all these accusations through the thread, and noticing that every living player has insinuated the suspicion (not necessarily guilt) of two or more people. Thinking that's it's unlikely someone would insinuate the suspicion of a fellow mafia member, I went through and made a list of everyone's suspicions/accusations. The first names in parentheses are the votes from that player, and the names after that are people that person has voiced some level of suspicion toward:
ntrt: (Jack, kdogg) kdogg, wolf, jack, higgi (more to come in this post) kdogg: (Bek, Airline, wolf, hgh) Airline, hippie, wolf, hgh, ntrt higgi: (Kel, Jack, Wolf) Jack, Bek, wolf, hgh wolf: (Hippie, Jack, hippie) Jack, hippie airline: (Hippie, ntrt, jack, jen) Jack, ntrt jen: (hgh, Jack, airline, kdogg) Jack, airline, kdogg, wolf, higgi hgh: (jen, airline, kdogg) kdogg, wolf, higgi, jen hippie: (airline, wolf, jack, kdogg) wolf, kdogg, jen kel: (higgi, airline, kdogg, wolf) kdogg, wolf, jen, jack ------------------ Bek (kdogg) Jack Jack (ntrt, Airline) Airline
After I made this list, I went through and put together the list in reverse -- that is, the next list is the people that have not been named in some way as suspicious by a given player:
With that list, you can go through and start placing people in groups of three, to see who might be working with whom. This is easy to see without a list if you're putting two people togther, but a list is needed to cross reference combinations of three.
So, for example, I looked at my name, and the possible people I could be working with are airline, jen, and bek. I'm not on airline's list, so he has implicated me at some point, so we are ruled out as working together. Next I look at jen, and it turns out I am on her list, so we could be working together. That leaves only bek on my list, so the only possible combination would be Me, Jen, and Bek. Since we know Bek is innocent, this combo of three is not the mafia. No other combos work with me.
I did that for everyone, and only found two other combos of three that work One of them is jen, Bek, and me, which is really the same combo as I mentioned by my name, and since we know Bek is innocent, that combo doesn't work.
The only other 3-way combo that works is HGH, Kel, and Hippie. None of them have implicated each other at all, and they have all been throwing out some accusations. They have all also been agreeing with each others' theories a lot more consistently than anyone else in the game.

there's a reason i don't think HGH is guilty, and if you haven't figured it out yet, i can't help you. as for kel...if you can give me a definitive reason as to why she seems suspicious, i'll entertain the idea.
