Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Ok, I took one person with us from Inforoo last year, but now I'm being asked to bring double the amount. My boss has told me I will be in charge of bringing our company's entire staff, which means I have to bring 90 people this year.
Now, before I talk about the details, there is one disclaimer. We have brought 80-90 people the last two years, so we are assuming that this is the amount we need for this year. The only thing is, Bonnaroo will not send the final budget until mid-March. I already have 30 people returning from last year, and they are in for sure. These extra 60 are now open to all that ask, just know I won't be able to confirm your going until mid-March. I am 95% certain we will need 90, so you can probably rest assured.
Here's the details
- We leave on a bus near Philadelphia airport on Tuesday, June 8th at roughly 8 PM.
- Arrive on Wednesday afternoon around 12-1 PM, you get your temporary staff bracelet.
- You are required to work TWO 12-hour shifts, either Wednesday and Thursday night, or Thursday and Friday morning.
- Upon completing your shifts, you will get your cloth STAFF bracelet. This is not a volunteer bracelet, and from that point on you will have access to the entire festival grounds
- You will be given at least two meal tickets a day Weds-Fri (at least) to eat at the staff tent. There are also stashes of free ice and water throughout the staff area
- Free showers, as well as a set of slightly cleaner port-o-johns
- You get paid $75 for taking the bus to Manchester, and $10 an hour for your shifts. Add that up, and you'll make at least $315
Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, since I've been doing this, there has only been ONE catch, but we've managed to solve that.
We weren't aware of this the first year we went with the company, but the staff bus you take to Roo, leaves on Saturday .
This is where I come in...
- $200 will be due upfront at some point, unfortunately, I will not be able to refund your money if you have to drop out at some point. I don't have the extra cash to take a $200 hit.
- If something does come up, I will work with you to find a replacement. The airline we use (SouthWest) is real good with ticket name changes. I changed three tickets the day we left. If we get a replacement, I'll refund your money (or if you find a replacement, just contact me for the name change and they can pay you)
- What does the $200 cover? It'll cover your plane ticket home (to Philadelphia), a shuttle bus to Nashville from the Wal-Mart, and a hotel room for Monday night for recovery and a night in Nashville. It will also cover your shuttle to the airport from the hotel as well.
- We will be returning on Tuesday, June 15th at around 3-5 PM. Haven't decided on the time yet, but it'll most likely be in the afternoon.
Now for those of you wondering if you could just get the job with me, and get home on your own or even take the bus back, listen up. We used to have no problem with that, but now since we've become in charge of the entire staff, we cannot afford to lose someone.
Oh and I forget the guy's name here in inforoo, but he can attest to the free ticket. If he happens to read this, JACK, PLEASE MESSAGE ME ON HERE SO I CAN MAIL YOU YOUR CHECK! I think I sent it to the wrong address, and I can't find you on Facebook anymore.
This is ideal for anyone in the Philadelphia area. If you were paying attention, and you did some math, you'd see that you actually end up walking away from this deal GAINING money, not losing it. This isn't volunteering for a free ticket, this is getting a free ticket and getting paid for it, and you don't even have to work the entire festival.
Now of course your going to spend some money down there, and it'll probably be more than the money you end gaining, but hey, your getting a FREE TICKET!
If you have any questions, feel free to reply or shoot me a PM. I'm also willing to meet in person if you would like

Dang I wished I lived near Philly!!! Good luck in finding good people!!!!
missing saturday and sunday is not worth it after you work 2-12 hour shifts for the ticket.
no no no non nonono no no
Obviously you didn't read the entire thing
We are not taking the staff bus back. All 90 people in my crew will be flying back on Tuesday morning after the festival
And jess, if we need a few extra people near the end, that can easily be arranged. I just can't have people from Boston, Miami, or any other city really. If you live in the area of Bonnaroo though, I won't have a problem with that. Like I said, I just don't want to leave anyone behind, but in your case, that would actually work out
EDIT: I just recently finished the beta of our groups website, feel free to visit it at
The thing is that the staff bracelet alone is almost worth working the shifts. With a staff bracelet and going to camp inforoo, you are only a clean toilet, and free shower away from being VIP.

bama, if we are unable to get 90 people flying back to Philadelphia with us, I may need some people to meet us there. I'll post again if we need more people, just keep your eyes open

I am very interested in this and I do believe I meet all of the requirements. Once we get a lineup announcement I'll be able to make more of a commitment but a free ticket would give me pretty much no reason not to make my forth straight trip to the farm.
Just out of curiosity, who do you work for that sends this big of a group down for set-up?

You get free showers when your staff, and the toilets are a LOT cleaner than any other porta-o-johns in Bonnaroo

If your interested in working with us, I'll be happy to send you their link and tell you more info about the company. They used to work Rothbury, they work All Good and potentially (fingers crossed) Coachella. They also do a lot of NASCAR as well.
I'd just like to not plaster their site over such a large forum. They had a spam problem last year.
BTW, if you do end up applying, let me know here so I know where I'm getting my applications from
And it is for real. If you feel it's a scam, just message me here and I'll give you any info you need. I'll even meet you in person or give you my phone number if you still are uneasy about it.
I felt the same way the first year I went too, sounds too good to be true. I had been trying for 3 years or so to go, but never had the money. I rolled the dice, and it worked out. Unfortunately, we did not know the first year that the staff bus left on Saturday morning of the fest, so it was a bit disappointing. That's why we do things the way we do now, with the scheduled shuttles, hotel, and flight on Monday rather than leaving Saturday.
All that is run solely by me and a few friends, the company we work for has nothing to do with that. They just need able bodies to handle parking 80k people.
But now, after 3 years of working with them, I've been asked to handle all 90 of our employees. They see it as 90 employees, but I see it as 90 people going to Bonnaroo. TBH I feel selfish about this deal, so to ease my guilt I offer this on inforoo each year
Hey man, I submitted my info and 2 of my friends along with it. Think all 3 of us would definitely be interested. We're in Baltimore, MD but could drive up and meet in Phily for the bus ride of course.
Check out the important info section, give it a read, should answer most of your questions. If not, feel free to ask
And for anyone who has applied either through that website or inforoo and are waiting on a response, please keep in mind that we won't be getting our final budget from Roo until mid-March. I won't know for sure until then if I can take you, and I won't know until then if I need some people outside of Philly.
I'll be sure to let everyone know as soon as our budget is finalized. Thanks
What is it saying? I mean to make you think it has a virus.
I went there, and it downloaded winxp antivirus pro onto my machine. This is happening a lot these days, never thought my life as a computer pro would consist of removing crappy malware. It comes in from the banner ads usually just let your hosting company know.
Strange, I made the page with Google Pages. I guess it's the re-directing site cjb.net. Well, you can just use the Google Pages link, doubt there's any malware in there
