Well my entire crew of four others just decided to crap out on me so I may be doing the Camp Inforoo thing with you guys if you will have me. I am still deciding whether to do this or the Hotel/Day Parking thing. Just don't know what to do. I was never really the guy that had the gear, I always supplied the car and everyone else supplied the camping gear. Don't know what I should take in with me if I do the Tent only thing. Tent, pop-up gazebo, cooler, tarps for shade?

Definitely bring a tent and a cooler.... As far as shade is concerned, it is ALWAYS appreciated but not necessary. All the shade tents are usually combined in the middle of camp, so you'll still have shade if you can't bring a shade tent/gazebo.

I say, come join us ;D
I am gonna bring one if I can because you are correct shade is always appreciated, especially to us of the ginger race. Besides not having souls we also burn quite easily ;D
this will be my 2nd roo, and last year i didn't get a chance to enjoy any of the inforoo fun, is there any room for me and 2 tag alongs?
Don't know if there will be any room, your still welcome to push your way in though!
I'm still planning on Camp Inforoo to be pretty much in the same spot as the last few years (see earlier posts for info). I should get into 'roo noonish (getting in line around 8 am thurs), anyone who has plans to get there much before that, shoot me a pm or email rooguide[at]gmail[dot]com so we can coordinate. I haven't had the time to post much on the board lately but I'll get back to anyone who contacts me.
Everyone (even Tara) is welcome, we don't hold spaces but we'll make room. Even if you don't/can't camp at the Camp, make yourself at home. If you want to know what to bring, we usually need; sunshelters, camp tables, coolers (preferably stocked w/ alcohol), chairs, and most importantly, really cool people {psst... that means you}.
hey, me and my friend were thinking about goin tent only this year, but it's just the two of us and we never have before. you might see us at camp inforoo if that's cool!

my buddies and I are going to do our best to track Camp Inforoo down this year. There's only 3 of us instead of the normal 8, so it would be nice to meet some other people, hopefully with similar musucal interests. If the 3 of us want to see different shows, it's always nice to have someone else to go with. So yeah, if there's still space nearby when we get there (should be pretty early on Thursday), we'll try and set up close to the camp. Did I mention we have shade?

me and two others will try to get somewhere near camp inforoo. we're coming from pittsburgh, but staying at a friends 30 minutes from roo on wed. night, so that we can be in line (and somewhat rested) by 6am. We'll be the sweet kids with 2 tents that have a connecting passage between them.
i'm going to try to bring a canopy... but were not driving a very big car, so i have no idea what we'll have room for.

I'm planning on getting to 'Roo Thursday morning and I might end up camping with you guys. My friend is letting me borrow a canopy, so hopefully there will be plenty of shade for everyone.
Can you fit more? There's four of us. We'll probably be in line by 8 am Thursday, and I'm 100% we'll be in BFE so we're planning on doing Tent Only anyway.
Hey guys! Long time hopeful for Bonnaroo, first time go-er. Like a lot of other people I had originally hoped to go with friends, but I'm probably going solo now. If it's alright, I was thinking I could maybe shack up at Camp Inforoo? I will of course pull my own weight, and I know how to set up most tents and could bring any supplies that are needed.
Hello everyone, I'm probably going to be camping in Camp Inforoo this year because I'm going to be going solo (see my thread).
I'm going to be in line early (I'm probably going to leave from Atlanta after a concert on Wednesday night), so hopefully there will be lots of room in Tent Only. If the concert ends around 1 AM and I leave then, I'll probably get to Walmart in Manchester around 4-5 AM. Should I get directly in line then, or should I wait until 7-8?
What kinds of things should I bring? I have coolers which will be filled with ice, water, and food (sorry no beer most likely as I'm only 19). I can also bring a card table or two, along with a couple of folding chairs. However, I don't have any kind of shade... Will there be space available to set up my chair under someone else's?
Also, I don't have anything for cooking, so will anyone have camp stoves or anything available to share? If I make food, I will share any extra, of course.
