Well...I booked a room and i'm goin on down in the morn....but still lookin for a ticket in atl. Surely there will be tix...just how good/how much? trying to avoid ticket brokers online if at all possible....

I saw the show last night in Tampa and if you have to miss a car payment or starve yourself for a week to see the show I recommend that you do it. I've never seen anything like that, it was as an emotionally a moving show as I have ever seen. Visually it is so far above any other show that comparison is really a waste of time. I thought the sound was great too although my seats were nearly perfect from that aspect so I may not be the best judge about how some of the nosebleeds and side view seating sounded. I will say that even though I peeked a bit on Youtube before the show it didn't ruin anything. I've seen The Wall hundreds of times and nothing I could have seen prior to the show could have come close to really capturing what this show is. It is a moving, beautiful experience that really captures humanity. I'm seriously considering picking another show and just going for it.

So I'm still scouting tickets on craigslist atlanta, not getting replies from e-mails,stressing....and some kind soul posted on there that ticketmaster released some tickets listing their location as 'karma'. I checked ticketmasters official site...ran a search, and score! Lower Level....sec 111....a section I'd been looking for! ;D ;D
I now have a bonafide official ticket waiting for me at willcall! nice!

Only thing that puzzles me is it lists the seat number as 'w6'?? I thought they were just numbers? Anybody know if the 'w' means anything?

I believe that's the Row letter. My tickets for tonite (wow, just got a lil' adrenaline rush thinkin' about how close it is!!!) say H13 & H14. C'mon, 8pm!!!

wow. just wow. I wish i could manage to catch this show again. Simply awesome.
side note: the w6 on my ticket? added row of chairs behind sec 111. awesome awesome seats. Other than front and center on the floor i can't imagine them getting much better.

I went oct.9 and I swear it was by far one of the best shows iv seen, even for an aged rocker he put on an amazing show. I forked over 100+ for a tic on the floor. I was basically right fricken there, I truly feel sorry for any Floyd fan that missed that show..10+ stars for sure
