^ Agreed. We need Daniel Dumile performing in a Metal mask and some sort of vintage jersey, not some other dude. Honestly, I think Madvillan (MF Doom+ Madlib) would be the best DOOM incarnation at roo.
I would love to see A Tribe Called Quest, Big Boi, or Raekwon there (really any of Wu-Tang). Also, I've been listening to Curren$y's new album and it is pretty good. Could fit in where Cudi played this year.

Wu Tang Massacre (method, ghost, raekwon) was the fucking shit at Camp Bisco this year. never been huge into Wu, wasnt really pumped for this set (in fact half the time i forgot they would be there), they didnt show up for their set until it was time for it to be over (you could see the album leaf on the next stage over just waiting for their chance to play) but when they finally came out boy did they throw it down hard.
It's been said before on here, but besides Outkast, the only other Hip-Hop headliner I can see would be Dr. Dre. Detox has been in the works for... close to a decade at this point.
But yesterday, Dre was on Hot 106 with Big Boy talking about the leak of "Kush" (with Snoop and Akon) and Detox.
In the interview he said: "I see a finish line right now, I'm rapping it up, I need about two or three more songs and hopefully I will start the mixing process at the end of next month and from that point I am about 30 days out, so I'm excited about it."
So a Dr. Dre and friends set would be amazing. A solid #2 on the lineup and a great Friday or Saturday night. So many people have been mentioned to be featured on Detox, it could be great. Something like what Jay-Z and Eminem did this summer, with just a big hip-hop performance with lots of guests.

Dre, Snoop, Nate Dogg, Daz Dillinger, Hittman, Kurupt, Knoc-turn'al and Eminem for the 2 songs off 2001. that would cover pretty much all of the hits, and would be a HELL of a show. with that lineup, they could do (in their entirety)
fuck wit dre day let me ride nuthin but a g thang deeez nuts bitches aint shit rat-tat-tat the watcher still d.r.e. xxplosive whats the difference forgot about dre the next episode bitch niggaz lets get high ackrite +detox songs

It wouldnt be a setlist full of Detox songs. It would definitely be a greatest hits set +Detox.
And who knows Detox will probably be great. All the reference tracks that have leaked over the years have been scratched so no one really knows what to expect.
Agreed, agreed, and agreed. I thought we might've gotten an appearance from him last year given his many ties to rappers that were on the lineup.
He is definitely one of the top rappers to emerge in the past year or two, maybe only second in ability to Jay Elec. I'm tired of waiting on Cole World, I figured they would ride the momentum of Who Dat, but that buzz has died off, hopefully we won't have another pushback. The new mixtape is good and a lot of people seem to like the song with Drake, so maybe that will push him over the edge.
I'm not really anticipating seeing him on the lineup, but would be more than excited to see his name revealed.

I'd love to see Atmosphere at Roo. The new E.P. is awesome. I don't care for Brother Ali. P.O.S. is really good, I thought we might get him last year, but I'd be up for this year.
i would hope that bonnaroo would recognize how great of a rapper he is and not worry about that. i'm not sure if bonnaroo is against having "gangsta rap" (not entirely comfortable with that designation) as much as "gangsta rap" has just sucked the last decade and there hasn't been anyone worth inviting.
