I can't really believe I'm saying this... Devo. I could definitely see thins happening for some odd reason.
It wouldn't be a huge surprise, especially considering they had to cancel their Moogfest appearance. I'm indifferent to seeing them, but I know they would make a lot of people happy.
I saw a couple acts over Labor Day that I would LOVE to see at Roo. The New Deal, Boys Noize, and Claude Vonstroke.
I was at North Coast as well and yes, yes, yes, and yes!! BoysNoize, Claude, PVD, Laidback Luke, Moby (dj set), and Future Rock all killed it that weekend. I would love to catch another set from any of these guys. I also dream of Booka Shade, Simian Mobile Disco, and Le Castle Vania on the farm.

PINBACK! A friend just introduced me to them. Can't get enough.
One of my all time favorites. I wish Zach and Rob would go full time with Pinback, but they have so many other projects Pinback doesn't get the time it deserves.
I've been wantin' dredg at Bonnaroo ever since I got back from my first year in 2007! I'd prefer a latenight set, but would be satisfied with them getting the Miike Snow or Lotus spot from last year.

I think Dredg is too big to play on Thursday, I would think they would have to play Friday-Sunday. They've had plenty of exposure, been around for years, been on a major label, and had multiple albums chart on the Billboard. And they typically play venues the size of the House of Blues or The Fillmore. Not huge, but definitely larger than most any other Thursday band that I can think of.
I just keep my hopes/expectations low just in case. Again, ideally I want dredg as a latenight. It's been a while since they've played longer than 45-60ish minutes, but I know they can play longer and have seen it with my own two eyes. Easily one of my all time favorite live shows.
