I thoughy PE was great, and so did everyone around me. But, I did see the first 20 minutes or so of Kuti and it was almost unbelievably good. Still, the PE concert was quacking great... my #25 album of all time live? Pshh...
The same buddy who saw Sonic Youth saw the Wilco set in 09 and said it was way better than the 07 set. He then caught the rest of Volta and said he'd wished he'd seen the whole thing. I, after Volta, went to take a piss and caught the last song of The Decemberists' set... holy god that was amazing. I repeat, isn't Bonnaroo great?
Also, the Fall is one of my 20 favorite bands.
I've seen Wilco three times (Bonnaroo 09 being the second) and they have progressively gotten better. SUCH a tight live band. After the first time I saw them, me and a few friends hung out with Jeff by his bus for awhile. Such a good guy. Really funny, too, but everyone knows that.
I don't know if we ever had a full out discussion about HTDW but this would be such an intense show a la Bon Iver or the XX.
I haven't seen a ton of him live, and it's one of those shows that's either gonna be so intense or so boring, but that video makes me want to take the risk.

How to Dress Well released one of my favorite records of the year. He ironed out all the poor recording that were on the (still excellent) eps and put them on the record. Great stuff.

Morning Teleportation. I saw them open for Flaming lips last weekend and they blew me away. Really great performance. I found out they played Cafe Where last year. Their first LP comes out in a few months, and I really think they need a Thursday tent spot.

I haven't listened to them yet, but some of my friends saw Morning Teleportation open for Modest Mouse and went on and on about how good they were. maybe i should give them a listen
Flying Lotus, Sleigh Bells, Surfer's Blood, Yeasayer and Major Lazer (Huge ass party, if you've ever seen videos of their shows)
This.
I would add Crystal Castles along with Girls. I've been dying to see Seigh Bells. Also, I watched the stream for the Major Lazer show at Pitchfork, and it was crazy. Would love to see them at 'Roo
