Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
My husband and I just did our taxes and we're definitely buying tickets as soon as our return comes through. Is there anything that we need to be prepared for at Waka that's really different from Roo in terms of what to bring, when to arrive, and so on?
We'll be driving up from Austin...can we expect cooler weather in Arkansas? If it's only high-80s/low-90s, we'll be thrilled.
First week of June is usually warm, not hot. Sometimes you'll luck out and get lows close to 60 -- kind of the last gasp of spring. After that it's highs in the 90s and high humidity until Labor Day. It might be just a tick cooler than CenTex, but that's not saying much.
So I see this was not posted in here, but there were artist additions on Friday!
3.25.2011
Buckethead, Minus The Bear, The Stone Foxes, Chamberlin, Fresh 2 Death, Nadis Warriors, Quiet Corral, Mouth, Saturday Sirens, Coleslaw, Brother Bagman, Vibenhai, Totojojo, STEEZ, The Boys 'n the Barrels, The Workshy, iLLiPHONiCS, MONTU, The Coop, Lightajo, Where's Lawrence?, Tyrannosaurus Chicken, Soul Rebel and the Beast, Carrie Nation & Speakeasy, Vagabond Swing, Holding Space, Ugly Lion, Trichome, James and The Devil and Reelfoot
Friday evening into Saturday morning is so amazing. I thought about napping and waking up for Emancipator, but it appears to be a rage all night type of affair. I will be physically and emotionally broken and ready for that sunrise set! REBIRTH!!! Let's rage kids, <3 Nolan.

Heck yeah! So excited about the schedule being dropped... now on to the task of deciding who I want to see more at what time slots lol I'm uber psyched about Waka! I can't hardly hold my excitement in!! I may to go streaking just to take the edge off
Is anyone else going to the pre or post-Roo parties at George's Majestic in Fayetteville? I haven't been to one, but hear they are awesome and will be going to both this year!
I saw a Waka pre-party at George's for Wed night, but no details. Is there anywhere to get more info on these shows? Didn't see anything on the Majestic site about roo shows tho.

I thought the same thing dude. Rage all day more like it. I was probably going to enjoy the shade of the Revival tent and some bluegrass until Mofro. The main stage from then on is NUTS! Mofro > Sharon Jones > STS9 > MMJ > Bassnectar > Ghostland. Not to mention Eliot Lipp and Emancipator afterwards on the Satellite Stage. I hope you're ready my friend. We'll see if I am, too. Thursdays at Waka always seem to get weird. With Shpongle, Ott, and Hallucinogen after Umphrey's on the Main Stage that night...
Saturday late night doesn't have me dying to see anything after S9; I might check out Big Gigantic since it's been a while, but I don't know much about Wookiefoot, An-Ten-Nae or Syd Girls. Cann anyone shed some light or make the decision easier? Though let's be honest, the real decision will probably be my tent.

I might stray a bit from some of your STS9 and bassnectar, but Ghostland> to Elliot Lipp> to Emancipator is going to be amazing.

I felt the same way, then I did some homework. The collaboration between Jamie Janover w/ Karsh Kale is going to be something to check out.

Is anyone coming through or around East TN with a empty seat?
I have a ticket and the other two in my group want to go camping in AL before the fest and then go to waka but I don't have the funds, time off from work, or ambition to be exhausted when I make it to Arkansas. I will help with gas and all that and I won't bring more than my personal belongings. Please halp! If I can't find a way out, I can't go!
