Eek, indeed! I will talk to my boy and see if we can help you out. I would say yes right away but the only issue is the vehicle we were planning to take got demolished in the recent tornadoes and we are unsure whether or not it will be ready in time :/
So I will go ahead and say search out more options until I can give you something concrete. I think Zapp is planning to ride back with us but if we can swing it you are more than welcome to ride up with us!

I guess I won't be starting Sunday off with Tyrannosaurus Chicken. They changed the schedule and now they are playing Thursday between two can't miss bands for me that are on the same stage. It's a shame, they were one of only a few bands I was looking forward to on Sunday. Oh well, more time for hiking, swimming in the river and fishing that day. I'll be glad when Wednesday gets here!
^^^speaking of schedule changes....I read over on the wakarusa boards that mmj has been given a three hour slot starting at 8pm.......anyone else heard this or know if there is any truth to this?!?!?!? Personally hoping it's true.......currently cooking lunch whilst putting away some beers and making my way through MMJ's discography

That really needs to be true. They only got 1:30 at Hangout... double that would be just perfect, and then they could really dig around in their song bank!
When is the best time to show up for MainVenue without wed. entry? 10PMish sound like a pretty good plan?

Man we showed up between then and midnight in 2009 and were in and setting up camp in no time. In 2010 it seemed like they experienced some growing pains....we got there at midnight and didn't get in or have our camp set up till the sun was starting to come up. I think this also had to do with our groups ticket situation. We had a couple folks who had to pick up tickets at will call and last year it had been moved away from the main venue. There wasn't anyone directing traffic as i recall around the will call booth so it was a mess. At one point someone in our group grabbed a beer and a flashlight and took it upon himself to direct traffic. I would think if you have your camping pass and ticket in hand you shouldn't have too long of a wait. Hope you have an incredible wakarusa and enjoy the beauty of Arkansas.
P.S. be sure to get down on some DIRTFOOT while visiting the mountain.

no problem. And heads up the studio stuff I've heard doesn't really do justice to the band. It is something that has to be experienced live so if you got a gap in your schedule while they are playing it is worth checking out for a bit.
I lol'd at the dumbass comparing Roo to Waka. There is no comparison, Waka is such a better festival. Bonnaroo is a totally different experience that offers up a lot, but it can't hold a candle to how raw Waka is. Waka is down and dirty!! Woulda gone this year too but I wasn't feelin the lineup enough to drive over 12 hours.
