I had been having a ton of issues playing Netflix on my PS4. It wasn't a problem for a while bc would just use my PS3 for it. My PS3 stopped sending video to the TV about a month ago, so I was stuck watching Netflix on the desktop because it was constantly buffering on the PS4 (like a 30 seconds of playback 15 seconds of buffering kind of way). I did some research on the internets and found that one of the issues is the DNS server the PS4 defaults to is shit. Several sites suggested changing it to the Google DNS server, so I finally got around to changing it this morning. I will have to do more testing, but the immediate result was high quality streaming on Netflix without the buffering I had been having right from the start and a download speed connection that was over four times as fast as it had been before I changed the DNS servers. I never have problems with buffering on the PS4, but do with the PS3. I am going to try this out. Thanks
On a video game side note. I finished Dragon Age Inquisition and it was great. I also beat Call of Duty - one of the best of the series but very short (6 hours or so). I started Diablo 3 and hated it - definitely the worst game I've played on the PS4.

Been playing more GTA V online lately trying to get used to it. So much shit to do and sometimes it's tough to find a good server of people. Still amazed at how much goes into these games.

I agree. Was so awesome! Hated when I made it to the last mission so quickly! But this game has restored my faith in COD as a whole! First one since black ops II that I look forward to playing
I just started playing Far Cry 3 for PS3 a few days ago and it is so great. For a minute there, I started to believe that I grew a distaste for FPS games. I had no interest in the recent Battlefield and COD releases (mostly just a story line player, not multi), but Far Cry 3 has shown me that I actually love FPS games, I just don't like games that don't let you roam freely. It reminded me how much I enjoyed FC2 and now I can't wait to finish this game up and get FC4 from gamefly.
Yeah I've been playing it too, not big on FPS either. It reminds me of a FPS version of Just Cause. FC3 is the first in the series I've played, but I'm enjoying it despite that and my disdain for FP mode.

In my down time, I've been playing an iOS game called "Circle" that is fairly addictive. It's the most simple game you will ever find - you've got to bounce a circle down a line without touching the line... but it's kinda fun. I can't get past 88.
The more you play, the more circles you can unlock (like a Batman and Hawkman circle).

My roommate has the new Smash bros for Wii U and it is great, addictive as ever. All I want to know is who picks some of these characters? I mean Wii Fit Trainer over Knuckles and Rayman? C'mon Man.

^Tried to edit that mess up there and it's fucked for whatever reason.
I should've said Far Cry 4 originally. It's the first and only game I've played in the series. When I saw FC3 named I forgot it wasn't the latest release.

I borrowed my brothers Xbox1 over the holidays. Got addicted to the new Dragon Age. Such an improvement over the others in the series. It's really a good thing I don't own a system anymore. I'm the type that will run around in open world games for hours. Like my brother already made fun of me because I'd created top level velvet matching armor. What? It's awesome. It only took me like 4 hours of dicking around to get the material to make it. Meh.
Edit: I had it on mute and was catching up on some albums I hadn't listened to yet. Good times.

I know the feeling. I played GTA V for about an hour today. Story missions compete: zero. Elk hunted: four.

If you haven't read this article, then you should. It perfectly describes our type of gameplay.
Ha. The worst thing I have is a need to fight NPCs who shit talk me. Doesn't matter if I'm on my way to a quest, the police are standing right there or what. Talk shit. Get hit.

P.S. I also punched a rabbit in the face.
I assassinated the residents of every town in Skyrim until I literally fucked the game up. Ask Aaron. The game world fail apart and you would just end up floating in a vortex. I had to start over again, which I refused to do. I didn't beat Skyrim until a good two years after it came out.

I once had a two-hour session that was just me getting to the top of Chilliad.
It also involved multiple police chases that led me halfway across the map each chase.

Running up the mountain was the first thing I did when I was able to really go to the open world. It took me forever because I kept trying to run through the wilderness rather than driving around and finding a path (which is apparently the only way that's happening btw)
When I first found the golf course I spent hours terrorizing the golfers and then leading the cops on a chase in a golf cart.
Ohhhh, and I'd drive all the way up to the coast to hook up with that crazy hitchhiker chick. In my defense, I thought I'd get a mission out of it.
I brought a hitchhiker to that cult today. I felt bad until they paid me. Dollar bills, y'all.
I took some fighting couple to them. I almost stopped and killed them because they were talking over Danny McBride's radio show. I would get mad when people talked over Chakra Attack too.

I have totally sat in cars waiting on songs to finish before getting out if it was something good.

I absolutely love the music. There is nothing better then running old ladies over to If You Leave Me Now.

They apparentley don't want too many non-Nintendo characters, so they consider Sonic to be enough for Sega. I'd love for Rayman to be in (I fucking love Rayman Origins), but Nintendo and Ubisoft's relationship is a bit rocky nowadays, still surprised they gave him a trophy.
