But to be honest neither of them seem particularly guilty to me, at least not this early on. In fact nobody seems overtly guilty at this point. The first round is always the worst.
Any reason? I'm leaning towards jhammett because he should have realized that Kel had a vote coming from higgi, so in essence, he kind of gave her a second vote. But since it's his first game, I was thinking maybe that was just a mistake due to lack of experience. But Kel hasn't really done anything suspicious so far, so I've got no reason to vote for her.
My vote for him is basically for all the reasons you just stated. He could have meant nothing by it, like you said, but I find that more suspicious than anything Kel has done.
Votes Cast Kel >>> jhammett >>> null jhammett >>> Kel Mike D >>> jhammett Higgi >>> Kel HGH >>> JHammett Bacon >>> Kel NBF >>> jhammett noage >>> Kel Jack >>> jhammett Bek >>> Kel
Left to Vote fightforyourmind88 Kelaroo
[Reminder: My Inforoo inbox here is my preferred method of contact regarding Mafia games. I know probably half or more of you have me on Facebook or *ahem* my phone number, but not every player has that level of access. So please, everyone, let's stick with Inforoo channels of communication...]
A player can change or nullify his or her vote any time before voting closes.
Because it was a tie between the two of you, Kel nullified her vote to try to convince higgi to change his vote and keep her around. That would put it 6/4 in her favor once she restored her vote, and then regardless of who fightforyourmind88 voted for, Kel would be safe and you would be out (assuming no one else changed votes in the meantime).
Votes Cast Kel >>> jhammett >>> null >>> jhammett jhammett >>> Kel Mike D >>> jhammett Higgi >>> Kel HGH >>> JHammett Bacon >>> Kel NBF >>> jhammett noage >>> Kel Jack >>> jhammett Bek >>> Kel FFYM >>> jhammett
Voting remains open for the time being, but will close tonight.
Wait, you're leaving the country? This would've been nice to know beforehand... How long are you going to be gone? You know I have to treat you as an AWOL player and follow what's prescribed in the rules in the event you're gone 36+ hours during voting.

i have been here since yesterday. i am here til monday. i would never go AWOL during a game....you know me better than that.
I thought Kel was going to be out of the country & AWOL when I wrote my last post. I didn't realize until later she's been participating from Jamaica.
I am awaiting final word on a clarification from the Mafia and/or Inspector before I close Night One.
And yes, perhaps we should put something in the rules holding the Mafia/Inspector to a 36-hour rule. However, that's something to be discussed at another time, as I'm not instituting a new rule for that mid-game.
The only thing that seems out of place to me so far is Kel's numerous vote changes, but later on it was to save herself. Her first vote was for higgi, then jham and higgi both vote Kel, both jham and higgi are dead now. At least in the games I have played, both players in the first runnoff tend to die, one by vote, the other by mafia. This could be a stretch, but it is all I have to go on so far.

^As far as her votes, nothing Kel has done strikes me as very suspicious. I'm not sure about both of the first round runoff people dying either.
I think I'm going to end up sticking with FFYM88. I figured there was a good chance that higgi would agree to Kel's request to change his vote to jhammett, so if FFYM had just waited a little while, he could have avoided making a decision between jhammett and Kel, but instead he was the deciding vote that kept Kel and killed jhammett . . . but then I guess that means that if he's guilty, then Kel would have to be guilty too.
I'm not voting yet because I still want to hear from Bacon about why he voted for HGH.
