i was searching for some wording in the clue and their thread was the top hit. it's better reasoning than pretty much everything i've seen in this thread so i wouldnt discount it just because of where it came from. as if some random post on this board is any better than some random post on theirs anyways. plus, i had to find the B-R connection myself. also worth noting queen just resigned with a new label last august and are looking to tour.

ok, what about this:
the word 'bore' can refer to the interior part of a woodwind instrument. this made me think of jazz instruments (ie, saxophone, clarinet, etc). maybe we're looking for that kind of 'bore'?
also, the B/R made me think of Benevento/Russo Duo, but they dont play wind instruments. damn.

"Hey Peter Frampton! Do you like toast too? Yes, as do I. It is warm and crispy, and a perfect place for jelly to lay. Now stay the hell away from me Frampton, I ain’t got sh*t to say to you!"
Arcade Fire's song, "Rebellion (Lies)" was used to promote Bono's (Product) Red campaign (BoRe?). The campaign enlists top international retailers (champions?) to market products colored red to raise funds to fight/wage war on AIDS in Africa (AIDS ~ divine intervention?). From the wiki entry for Product Red, "The Killers write a Christmas song every year, with the latest being "Boots", in aid of RED." This path goes everywhere.
Edit: Come to think of it, Christmas is literally a celebration of divine intervention.

It just occurred to me that the wording "from one BoRe to another" had me mostly thinking a BoRe referred to a person...as in one person talking to another. And from what I've seen, it seems like a lot of people were kind of assuming that. But that doesn't really make much sense with the second half of the sentence.
The more I look at that first sentence the more I'm thinking our BoRes might not be people.
Reading this made me think that "BoRe" could be referring to the character Boo Radley from "To Kill A Mockingbird" by Harper Lee/Truman Capote.
From Wiki: "The three children are terrified of, and fascinated by, their neighbor, the reclusive "Boo" Radley. The adults of Maycomb are hesitant to talk about Boo and, for many years, few have seen him. The children feed each other's imagination with rumors about his appearance and reasons for remaining hidden, and they fantasize about how to get him out of his house. Following two summers of friendship with Dill, Scout and Jem find that someone is leaving them small gifts in a tree outside the Radley place. Several times, the mysterious Boo makes gestures of affection to the children, but, to their disappointment, never appears in person."
"from one BoRe to another" = "from one recluse to another"

I know I keep coming back to these threads hoping for some kind of clarity. When does the line-up drop? A week from today? We're going to see the answers and it's going to be just as hard figuring out how they make sense to the riddles as it is trying to figure them out!

The purpose of clues is not clarity. They are more like splashing in a mud puddle.

Honestly folks its guerllia PR at its finest. They have no intention of telling anything yes or no outright so we will sit here until completly fustrated...then we will get a new clue to peak the interest. They are keeping the fest's name active and out there without spending a dime extra. Hats off and well played AC/Superfly you do it better than any other fest.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
I don't get the love for Hangout's lineup. It's good for a mid-sized festival but not AMAZING. Maybe I'm just jaded because I've seen Paul Simon enough times.
