Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Remind me... how quick did they sell out last year? I have my ticket, but some of my friends are waiting on some outside variables...
they didn't sell out last year. my friend was able to come in friday night and get a ticket at the gate. this year i think it will sell out but not right away. i'm waiting a little bit to buy mine as well.
Bought tickets, VIP payment plan, on Saturday the 19th, noticed on this past Saturday(yes a week later) I was charged twice for the first payment. I e-mailed Musictoday that day, no phone call because they were closed. Called them on Monday and spoke to a Crystal and she said she fixed it. I got an e-mail yesterday saying their were not enough funds in my account for the 2nd payment. I sent them an e-mail saying, "No Shit! because you guys double charged me!" I also got a notice from my bank that because of that transaction I was now $11 overdrawn, $35 OD fee! I emailed musictoday and explained things. They e-mailed me back today, saying that they can not give me $35, but would talk to my bank for me if I needed them too. We will see how this turns out.

Don't ask for the money back, try asking for a credit towards a future show or something and see if they will bite on that. Most companies don't mind a credit as much as a refund.
i got a ?, does each of the 5 people in my group have to buy their tickets individually or can i buy all 5 in a bundle? i only ask because i heard they are giving us "unique-to-the-buyer-wristbands" this year and if i bought all 5 on one credit card i feel they would maybe not work for people whoes names didnt buy the ticket? i guess im confused... i hope this makes sense.
Just a follow up to my post above about double charging me and causing an overdraft in my checking account. Long story short, all money were return and no $35 over draft fee charged. ;D

That's awsome..it seems that every problem iv heard people have, roo has fixed the problem quick and problem free..that's a good thing to cause iv never delt with them before,and a couple tix worth of money makes me nervous til I get them in hand.

Question:
I bought a ticket + RV pass with the obvious intention of hauling in an RV. Well as it turns out my buddy's "reliable" truck isn't so reliable and am now unable to utilize this badass RV. This isn't a big deal, however I'm wondering if there is a way to sell the RV pass to someone who would use it. I don't mind spending the money, but I'd rather see someone use this RV pass rather than have a vacant spot on the farm.
I just got an email saying that my payment was denied. I did the layaway plan. I called my bank to see what was in there thinking maybe something happened but I had more than enough to make my 50$ payment that was due today. I went to the bank and asked if there was any attempt to withdraw 50$ from my account and they said no and to tell Bonnaroo to try again.
In the email I received, they said I had 48 hours to figure it out. I emailed Bonnaroo back to let them know there shouldn't have been any problems and I am hoping they get back to me so I can resolve this issue so I don't end up being ticketless.
Has anyone else had this problem or know of a # I can call to clear this up? 48 hours goes quick and I just want to take care of it now.

Thanks! Glad I could help. I had to call them when my first payment was due because it hadn't been taken out of my account. They processed it later in the day. I think my Bonnaroo bill is the only one I will complain about if they don't take my money fast enough.
My money still hasnt been taken out of my account and its two days after it was due....I got a confirmation email when I made the first payment....Will it come out soon and I should stop worrying or should I just call?

If it doesn't come out on Thursday, calling couldn't hurt. If it can ease your mind by finding out what is going on, I would definitely do it. I would need to relax so I can concentrate on additions, my Roo pile, figuring out what I am bringing to Brunch, etc.
My buddy had an issue with his too..that's a whole lota problems this time threw. I'm sure glad I bought two straight out. Now I have a just incase tic. But seriously I hope I can sell it
