Had a blast year at Pavement, Big Boi, Beach House, and Major Lazer
Just a couple of guesses for this year: TV on the Radio Animal Collective (although they headlined a few year back so kinda unlikely DFA1979 Deerhunter Guided by Voices and maybe cause of the ticket price increasing...Kanye
Or maybe it's just because three-days sold so quickly last year

TV on the Radio conspicuously didn't announce a Chicago date, so they seem like a solid bet to be a headliner or sub-headliner. Or maybe they're just going to be at Lollapalooza. DFA1979 would make total sense as a sub-headliner type band, hope you're right about that one.
The Decemberists wouldn't surprise me, they're definitely big enough to headline and they're playing a lot of festivals this summer. Indie/P4K cred-wise, they're similar to 2010 headliner Modest Mouse. Just seems like it would make sense.
OFWGKTA has got to be there. Seems like a no-brainer for this festival. Hip hop usually has a fairly decent showing here, but I doubt they actually get Kanye or Drake (another name that's been rumored). They're both way too big. Kanye can headline festivals 4-5 times the size of Pitchfork, and I doubt they would want to blow a bunch of money for Drake to headline when he's not even someone their core audience is going to be excited to see. Maybe Yelawolf?
Os Mutantes and Yuck have both said they would be playing.
I went last year and had a blast. Damn, I love this lineup, especially AC looking like they'll headline Fri, but one of my buddies is getting married that weekend in Ohio. Ugh!
The five artists I wasn't going to see this year that I desperately wanted to were TV on the Radio, Cut Copy, Fleet Foxes, James Blake, and OFWGKTA. Since all five are there, I'm pretty sure I HAVE to go.
Don't think I"m gonna do all 3 days so I'll probably just grab a ticket for Friday so I can be sure to see James Blake. I'd really like to see OFWGKTA though, so I may hold out until a day or two before and see who's selling for Sunday.
FYI, 3-day passes sold out in less than a week last year. Also, I found an old email from Pitchfork from June 10th last year. That's when individual Sunday tickets sold out and they said Friday and Saturday were close to selling out.
Priced out a trip to Chicago, it's gonna be about $1200 to stay there Thursday night through Monday morning, not including car rental/cab fare and food. Tax return money, here I come!
If I was gonna be a one-day ticket, it would 100% be Sunday. Can't beat TVOTR, Cut Copy, OFWGKTA, and Deerhunter. But, I'm just gonna go all three days, since I REEEEEALLY want to see Fleet Foxes and James Blake. Plus, the ticket prices are still incredibly affordable, even though they've gone up a little this year.

This is good enough for me. Really solid names for both Saturday and Sunday, the only bands I'm not that big on are Fleet Foxes and Ariel Pink's, and I wouldn't mind seeing either of them. I've heard Fleet Foxes' vocal harmonies are pretty impressive to witness live.
Friday could use improvement, though. Curren$y is the only one of the four I would even be interested in seeing. Oh well, 3 day passes are only $20 more than buying 2 single day passes.

I'm sold. I've been looking for a fest after roo to attend since I have school through the Friday morning that roo begins. I was thinking probably Cheesebury, but this beats it for cheaper. I was hoping AC, FF, CC, OFWGKTA, Das Racist, and TVOTR would be at roo, and was kind of disappointed when they weren't. I guess I've gotta get my ticket now...

Additions: Guided by Voices, Neko Case, Kurt Vile, No Age, The Radio Dept., HEALTH, Gang Gang Dance, The Fresh & Onlys, Shabazz Palaces, Baths, How To Dress Well, Twin Sister, G-Side, Chrissy Murderbot
Not bad. I didn't expect to see Neko, but I'm glad she'll be there, especially since Friday is still looking weak to me. Really excited to see Gang Gang Dance, No Age, and The Fresh & Onlys.

Solid adds. Wish we had some. Can't go wrong with GBV & Kurt Vile. Both killed at Matador 21 in Vegas. Health & Fresh & Onlys are great up'n'commers. Who's got my extra?
