most of us volunteers have to be there by 8pm (i think during fest has the option of checking in Wed by noon and toll boothers have to be there by 4pm). If I see any of the people I've talked to can't leave with us on Monday morning, I'll see if we can work something out

snewman28 has apparently requested to not stay in a hotel and get the ride done in 1 day... maybe you can contact him and see if he wants to join you instead. Doesn't look like he's interested in joining us.
My friend Jason and I want to leave from Centreville, VA on Tuesday afternoon. We are thinking to rent a minivan because we want to bring lots of food and drinks and have a little store at our campsite. We're looking for at least 2 others to ride and split the costs. (Jason has a friend who can get us a good deal on a rental)
Alternate plan- if anyone has lots of space and needs 2 riders we're game- as long as you're down with all camping out together. I have a nice canopy with a mosquito net and will prolly buy a tent next week.
Is Tues afternoon the earliest you can leave? when are you checking in? some of us are leaving monday morning and staying in a hotel in McMinnville TN (as mentioned above). We might be able to fit 2 more people in a van and then that'd help with the issue of making sure everyone has at least 1 person to ride back home with (3 girls are only getting one-way rides down there)

(Make sure you give yourself ample time to pack the car, deal with any traffic, get food/gas on the way, AND do last minute shopping... staying the night there and checking in on Tues seemed to be the most realistic and least likely of being late)
Unfortunately I have to get labwork done at the Dr.'s Tues a.m. and can't skip it. (clinical trial rules) So we're planning to check in Wednesday morning. It's possible I could leave around 12 or maybe earlier that day though, not sure it makes much difference.
I might have just lucked my way into a volunteer ticket. My check in time would be between 10am and 4pm on Tuesday, June 7th. Anyone going down around then with room for one more?
ok... so looks like we have a full load, but we may have 2 or 3 spots for the ride up north, if anyone needs that. i believe we're all leaving Monday morning the 13th. (not sure if we're caravaning back up or not)

i need a ride back to arlington, va or anywhere metro accessible after roo. My friends are doing post-fest and convinced me to ride down with them so I dont have to carpool with a stranger getting there (although, i know all you fellow bonnaroo'ers are mad decent ppls)... hey i just had a really late minute ride bail on me. im really desperate to get down to bonnaroo in time for check in on tuesday. if anyone could help it would be much appreciated. i dont have much with me as in bags, and i can offer money for gas and other things. if you know anyone with a spot really it would mean the world. thanks
Laurel B's lookin for passengers still: "I've got an older Audi station wagon (Stella, Jr.); so while the gas mileage is good, and it's a supurb ride for 11 hours...she drinks the expensive stuff.
I've also got one extra GA ticket; it's $260. Which is exactly 10¢ more than I paid for it, after tax, tag, title, fees, shipping & Whatever else Superfly tacked on...and I bought them in December!

Time to reorganize the DMV volunteers rideshares slowly... dont need to work out too many details yet, but at least say if looking/giving ride and what shift you're signing up for...
